Welcome to this cozy and functional 35m² apartment, ideally located in Cap d'Agde, just 50 meters from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for family or friends, this apartment offers a spacious 15m² balcony where you can relax and soak up the sun. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the coastal beauty, this location provides the perfect base for your seaside getaway.

The apartment includes a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee machine for your convenience. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed (140x190) and a TV for leisurely evenings. The bedroom offers a cozy double bed (140x190) for a restful sleep, while the bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, towel dryer, and WC. Additional amenities include a washing machine, fan, comforters, and pillows.

Outside, you’ll find a private parking space (numbered 202), making parking hassle-free. The location is ideal for beach lovers, with the sandy shores just a few steps away.
