The Cozy Aura Residence is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom holiday home with a private swimming pool, accommodating up to six guests.



The ground floor features a spacious living area with large windows that open directly to the pool and outdoor space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a kitchen island with stools, and all the essentials for home cooking. A cozy seating area with a double sofa bed, Smart TV, and air conditioning makes it a great place to unwind. This floor also includes a guest WC and a bright bedroom with two single beds that convert into a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a Smart TV, and access to a private veranda overlooking the backyard.



Upstairs, another bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a spacious 25 sq.m balcony with a seating area—perfect for admiring views of the pool and surrounding olive trees.
