エレガントなヴィラは、リラックスした休日に最適です！ カラマキに位置するヴィラは、素晴らしい自然環境に囲まれた大規模な私有地にあります。 ヴィラは、人気のリゾートのカラマキとその素晴らしい砂浜までも歩いてすぐです。 そして今、エレガントなヴィラには、わずか100メートル先にある新しい共有スイミングプールがあります！

プールは、ヴィラのすぐ隣にある専用歩道でアクセスできます。 この夢のような歩道は、プールとエレガントなメゾネット（3戸建ての2階建ての家）がある不動産の反対側へのショートカットです。 素敵な* ecologicalプール（10 x 5メートル）は、敷地内に滞在するゲストと共有されます。

エレガントなヴィラは設備が整っており、1階、1階、信じられないほどのロフトの3つのレベルで構成されています。 この家は、最大11人の大人と2人の小さな子供を収容できます。 全室にエアコンまたは天井ファンが備わっています。 無料のWi-Fiと駐車場を利用できます。

メインエントランスは1階にあり、快適で美しく装飾されたリビングルーム/ダイニングルーム、設備の整った広々としたキッチン、2つのベッドルーム、シャワー付きの大きな改装されたバスルームがあります。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズのベッドがあり、フロントテラスを見渡せますが、セカンドベッドルームにはシングルベッド2台があり、サイドテラスを見渡せます。

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Short walk into town, about ten minutes, although the road can be busy but we still walked in almost every day. Never had a bad meal in town and would recommend Zanthi and Ellies place for great food and atmosphere. Iguana bar was also very nice and we visited a few times. Dionysis was very helpful in telling us about trips and recommended Zante water village which the four teenagers in our group enjoyed very much. Would recommend this villa and would return. Already missing the view from the balcony.

Great time at Elegant Villa in Kalamaki

We are just back from Zachynthos, where we had great time at Elegant Villa in Kalamaki. The villa is really comfortable and absolutely peaceful, with a lot of room inside and outside and a barbecue for your dinners at home. The villa is located in a big, green property including a shared pool for relax and lot of fun for our boys. Kalamaki is in a strategic position to reach the different beaches and the many interesting places to see in Zachynthos. Dionysis, together with his nice family, is a perfect landlord and gave us full assistance at any time and advice about restaurants and things to do in the island. Great experience. See you again Zachynthos!

Great value rustic Villa with access to wonderful pool

The villa is excellent value and whilst it can accommodate many more we enjoyed it with just 3 of us. We only used the ground floor and it is extremely spacious and has several outside terraces to either enjoy or shade from the sun. Well equipped and easily met our needs. The upstairs is very rustic wooden farmhouse charm and would suit parties with many children who will love the open shared space. The downstairs room is adequate but more on the shaded side of the villa. Dionysis and Eliza are very helpful and could answer any questions we had quickly. They also had some great recommendations for places to visit and to eat and are very welcoming. The new shared pool is a 2 minute amble from the villa and shared with 3 maisonettes but we had the use of the pool to ourselves most days. Fantastic pool size, bigger than most villas and crystal clear. The villa is very well situated with easy access to Kalamaki and only 40mins to the very north of the island. Very close to the airport and you occasionally hear some background sounds but it is not on the flight path and we enjoyed it as a peaceful retreat away from the busier areas of the island. A most enjoyable holiday. Many thanks.

Schöne, große Villa mit sehr freundlichen Vermieter

Wir bewohnten die nette, große & liebevoll eingerichtete Villa mit insgesamt 7 Personen. Die Villa war sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer Hr. Moreti war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Der Pool war auch top....nur leider nicht an der Villa. Wir erkundeten die Insel mit einem Mietwagen für die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthalts.

La villetta è risultata molto comoda. È vicina a tanti posti che vale la pena di visitare ma allo stesso tempo ti permette di stare lontano dalla confusione. Il proprietario è disponibile e alla mano. Di sicuro una villa che merita e ti permette di avere una vacanza perfetta!!

A big house with a friendly owner on a nice island

House This villa is a big house with enough space for four adults and four kids, in our case. On the groundfloor are two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom, used by us four adults. Furthermore the ground floor hosts a large living and dining area and an open kitchen. The four kids lived inside the attic, where three beds and a portable bed were available, as well as a separate bathroom and some space to play. There is another bedroom and bathroom in the basement, which we did not really use. Everything was clean and well appointed. Garden Outside is a large terrace, which nearly spans around the whole house, so you have a chance to always find a shady place. In the morning there is shadow on the largest part of the terrace, where a large table is available for breakfast. The house is surrounded by a garden, which we did not really use because of the hot sun. In front of the house is enough space to park two or more cars. Owner Dionysis, the owner of the house, is very friendly and helpful. He tries to help immediately in case of any question you have and can give recommendations about good beaches, restaurants, car rentals and maybe everything else. Quite often he comes to the property in order to check if everything is okay. Location The house is situated in the south of the island, fortunately not too close to the touristic centers like Laganas. There are nice beaches in the south, where you have the chance to see turtles in the water. The beaches are not in walking distance, so a car is recommended. By car, it is less than 5 minutes to Kalamaki beach and about 5 minutes to the supermarkets. Driving to the most northern point of the island takes about one hour. (You should visit Potamitis Brothers there for great boat trips) As everybody can see on the map, the house is very close to the airport. In the main season, from around 6 am to 10 pm, planes are starting and landing several times per hour. You get quite used to it, but for example sleeping with open windows is not possible. Luckily all rooms have air condition or ceiling fans. Overall, five stars for a big house with a friendly owner on a nice island, but one star less for the airport.

Beautiful villa in a very silent neighbourhood

The house is amazing. It was built it 1919 and is full of old things and decor. There are 4 isolated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all rather modern. The patio is fantasic! The airport is very close to the house and you can see and hear aeroplanes often. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Kalamaki turtles beach. We were lucky to see several of them while swimming there. They are so large and beautiful!

Clean and friendly

My family and I (10 in total) had a lovely time. The accomodations were clean and comfortable and Dionysis was very attentive and helpful. He made excellent recommendations of places to eat and see. The house is located in the country but it is a quick drive to town. I would definitely recommend this home!

Fantastic family holiday

Several times had we spent our family holidays in nice accomodations. but never have we met such a concerned owner of this Villa. He is a friendly and honest man and his most important concern is that his guests are having a pleasant stay in his beautiful Villa. He and his wife arranged for all the things we needed like a big bbq, an extra blanket, a hired guitar for us to play in the house in the evenings. We got a list of good restaurants in Kalamaki and its surroundings. He also gave us the name of a good car rental compagnie. As we love fish he ordered the fishmonger to come along to the villa with fresh fish. The only negative point is that it is difficult to order a taxi and that eventually the taxi driver does not know the address. Coming back from Zakynthos town our taxidriver could not find the Country Road. After consulting the taxi base the driver found the way to the villa and with a big smile he said: "Now I know where the Moreti Villa is"!!!!! When you need a taxi our advice is to walk 5 minutes to the main road and to stop one of the many vacant passing taxis. We had a fabulous fortnight's holiday in the Moreti villa with all luxury: the dish- washer, the washing machine, the airco and fans, the bbq, and so on.. The interior and the exterior of the villa are beautiful. To the Moretis family we all say: Thank you very much for these unforgettable two weeks. They were great!!! Till we meet again someday, somewhere, or till our next family holiday. The Soetbrood family

First Villa Holiday.

This was the first time we as a group have stayed in a villa, from the very first moment of arrival Dionysis made us so welcome, we were instantly impressed with the villa which is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well appointed and well equipt with modern appliances. Just far enough from the Kalamaki strip it offers stunning views of the mountains, watching the sun set on the horizon was a special time for us all. Dionysis his family and friends are most help full, we felt we came as customers and left as special friends, speak to the owners of the jet oil garage they run the horse and cart trips and will take you into town if you ask. The property is well maintained, has a modern feel but keeps with Greek tradition, extremely relaxing, with everything required to make our holiday most memorable, we had many late mornings and even later nights. We hired quad bikes to get around during the day, on an evening we would flag down or order taxis, for a few euros we could travel all around kalamaki, try Georgias restaurant, Masa, Zeppos, and Heavens Kitchen, good food at very reasonable prices. For a chilaxing few drinks try the Oceanic Chill out bar, Mojitos, Cave Bar and after a hectic day of sun bathing try Crystal beach hotel bar. An evening trip into Zante town is a must, the harbor is a must see, please search out our very good friend Dimitris at his tavern, for the best moussaka on the island and Zoe at Georgias restaurant in old Kalamaki for every traditional Greek dish. For your weekly shop try lidl 15 mins away, we BBQ d one evening their fresh food is excellent, for day to day items the supermarkets in town are reasonable, the jet oil garage 2 mins away sells water, milk and bread. The villa has no pool which was not a problem for us (this keeps the price of hire down)as we prefer the beach, you may however use any of the hotel pools if you wish, the hotels are more than accommodating and welcome old customers as well as new. Try crystal beach, gerakas beach and if water sports interests you banana beach, transport is available to banana beach. Laganas is the island hot spot which is a short taxi ride away, the airport is 15 mins away, we always get a taxi too and from the airport which saves on transfer times. To conclude we have holiday`d in Kalamaki twice/year for the last four years and Villa Moreti is by far the best holiday to date. Many thanks Dionysis.

Great experience

Having spent a week in this traditional house we must admit that our stay was excellent since the property is extremely comfortable and well-maintained.The location where it is situated is convenient as it is only ten minutes drive from the port and very close to one of the numerous beaches of the island. It is especially appropriate for families with children due to the garden and the amenities it provides. What's more, the bedrooms and the kitchen are fully equipped. The owner will show you what greek hospitality means as he is helpful and willing to inform you on the history of the island and the activities you can do there. We strongly recommend this property to anyone who wishes to spend an unforgettable holiday in Zakynthos!

Excelent!

Villa is sited in a very quiet place to relax. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and full of facilities. The owner of the villa was very hospitable, friendly and willing to satisty our requests. The beach is very near (10 minutes on foot) although you can use your own car to explore this beautiful and romantic island.
