Hy and welcome to my house in the beautiful area of Österlen!

I'm originally from Germany but live here in Sweden since 2017. I love to be around people, enjoy being in the nature or work and travel around the world. To describe myself I would use the words happy and open.

I love the convince. Pretty much everything is close by. Grocery store, Train station and all kinds of nature. The house is located in the center of the village but it doesn't feel super busy here. The fact that that building was once a bank makes you feel super save.

I love to just take a walk after work through the villages naturreservat along the river and watch the birds along the shore.

In the warm summer months ther is nothing better to grab a take away pizza and a ice cream and bike down the street to the ocean to watch the sunset. Btw. the sunrise is even more stunning. Definitely worth to set your alarm. 😘

Some people say Sandhammaren is the most beautiful beach I agree on summertime it is stunning there (20min by car from here) but the rest of the year the beach here is the most beautiful one in whole Sweden.

I just love the area here and the fact that you can reach so many great places in short travel distances. There are not many places that are so nice than that one here and I'm happy to be able to share it with others too. 💛

Golf, Gym, Fishing opportunities, pool and beach down the street.
1min walking distance to train which makes traveling easy.

Oh did I mention that you will be welcomed by the greatest host in whole Sweden. Just kidding but seriously come and get to know the beautiful Österlen area. You won't regret your stay here. I would love to share all the hidden gems with you.🤗💛
