Modern Villa Porta

Built in 2022 in a modern style, with a sea view, villa Porta offers as much as 550 m2 of living space, while the area of ​​the property is an incredible 32,000 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, and optimally 8. With prior agreement and upon request, it is possible to accommodate 2 additional people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and try delicious meals for family and friends. The living room has a sofa and TV, the perfect place to enjoy your favorite movies, and is fully air-conditioned and has WIFI. You will be accommodated in 4 spacious bedrooms: 2 single beds and 3 double beds. Each room has its own en suite bathroom with a shower.

As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet.

The outdoor terrace will delight you because it offers an outdoor pool measuring 40 m2, and you can use 6 sun loungers. There is also a dining table with seating. There is also an outdoor wood or charcoal barbecue at your disposal.

The yard is completely fenced and offers 5 private parking spaces within the yard.

Villa Porta is also pet friendly, it can accommodate a maximum of 1 dog with additional charge of 15€ per night.



Next to the villa there is a tennis court that will especially delight those guests who like to spend their vacation actively. Not far from Villa Porta is Villa Melody, whose guests can also use the tennis court by prior arrangement.



Zrće Beach is the most famous Novalja beach. It is known as one of the largest party zones in Europe. The beach is pebbly and can accommodate several thousand swimmers, and has a large parking lot. In addition to swimming, it also offers the possibility of using various sports, recreation and entertainment facilities such as bungee jumping, jet-skiing, parasailing, cageball or wake-boarding.
