The house is simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The holiday home itself is located directly by the sea in the small village of "CESARICA". The village lies directly on the coast, between the regions of Kvarner and North Dalmatia, 60 kilometres from Zadar or Senj. This coastal region offers visitors a unique opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with wild nature, far away from the tourist crowds.

The house has 2 large, separate flats, one above the other, each with 3 rooms for 6 people. Ideal for 2 families or friends who want to holiday together but still have separate living areas.

We live on the property ourselves and are always available to answer any questions you may have on site. The brick barbecue and the pool are of course available for your exclusive use at any time.

Each flat can accommodate up to 6 people and has:
-3 rooms (2 bedrooms each with a double bed or 2 single beds (can be adjusted) and a living room with sofa bed.
-Kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge, freezer, dining table, etc.
-Large balcony with sea view incl. sunshade and balcony furniture and covered terrace in the ground floor flat.
-The flat on the 1st floor also has a dishwasher
