良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション
気になった点 : コミュニケーション
The house is immaculate and reflects the photos as shown. However, the patio doors would not open so there was no access to the garden. This was reported but nothing was done about it. Given that this is rented as a House and Garden, this is not fair. In addition, because we were there on a Friday, we were asked to put the garbage/recycling that had been left by the previous renter out for collection. It was a considerable amount of bottles and cardboard that had to be moved. We were sent a link and expected to look up which collection day it was. Given that there is a 150GBP cleaning charge, this also does not feel fair. It would be helpful to have instruction on operation of the cooktop/oven for those not familiar with induction. If it wasn’t for these management issues it would be five star across the board. The house is great, location fabulous, cleanliness outstanding.
