RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA POGGIO AL LAGO:
Included:
Water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, billiards, ping pong, table football, garden, barbecue, swimming pool (12 x 6m; max depth 2 m - salted water, no chlorine), garage and outside parking

Extra to be paid before arrival:
- Security deposit by bank transfer to the owner (refundable): 1500 euro

Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Cleaning (obligatory): 350 euro per week
- Bed linen, bathroom and pool towels (obligatory): 165 euro
- Heating (seasonal): 30 euro per day
- Pets allowed (upon prior request only): 10 euro per day (maximum one pet)
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- On-site gardener: A discreet caretaker lives in a separate house at the bottom of the fenced garden (out of sight) and is responsible for daily pool maintenance and garden care.
- Swimming pool seasonally opened approximately from mid-May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking.
- Parties or events not allowed.

Additional services:
Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat & bike rentals, and other extra services: upon prior request only - we will gladly provide you with the direct contact details of the service providers to enhance your villa vacation experience.
Important: pre-authorization of any in-villa services by external people is required by the owner of the villa, and for some properties the services can be organised only by trusted persons of the owner. Please enquire before booking.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
The guest might be required to sign a tourist rental contract with our agency Northitaly Villas (on behalf of the owner). See rental agreement. Please contact us for the details before booking.
