A dedicated storage room for bicycles and a separate storage room for skis are available within the house, catering perfectly to guests arriving with sporting equipment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for shared use at an additional charge. Please be advised that during the winter season, snow chains are required for road access to the property. It is also important to note that the building does not have a lift, and access between floors is via staircase.

"Chesa Alossa" is a charming 3-room maisonette vacation rental of 75 m2 situated on the 1st floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is arranged across 2 levels and features an open-plan living and dining room complete with a dining table and a kitchen corner, as well as direct access to a private balcony offering very beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside. The ground level also includes a bath/WC. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 small room housing 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while an open large gallery on the upper level features an additional French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower/WC. The interiors are finished with elegant parquet floors throughout, and the overall furnishing style is simple and cosy in character.

Amenities Included

The property is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen is fully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine is available for guests' use, making longer stays particularly convenient. A garage space located at the house in Scavino is available for 1 car, with a height clearance of 195 cm and a width of 230 cm. Please note that there is no lift access to the property. Guests should also be aware that an InnHub construction project is taking place in front of the house at approximately 30 m distance. This construction work is scheduled to run from March 2025 until approximately March 2028, however, during the snow season no construction activity will be carried out.
