The spacious 3-room flat (69 m2) is on the 1st floor. The living room and bedroom face south. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the plain to Lake Silvaplana, the balcony (glazed with sliding windows) offers an unobstructed view of Corvatsch, Furtschellas and Margna and invites you to read, chat or relax.
The flat is furnished for four people. It is fully equipped with household goods and linen. WLAN Internet, satellite TV, radio, shower, ski room and a heated garage are available. A sauna (for a small fee) and children's playroom are available in the building.
If you walk out of the front door, you are immediately on hiking trails or the cross-country ski run. The Furtschellas cable car is 10-15 minutes away, the Volg supermarket about 5 minutes and the post office about 10 minutes.

The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
