Staying in a true national monument: Palazzo Romani Adami (completely renovated). Independent entrance, delightful little house on the garden. Living here allows you to enjoy the sea and beaches, art and culture, hills and to experience Fermo in all its beauty, 12 months a year.

Trattorias, food shops, small shops, ATMs all within walking distance. Villages and fish restaurants 10/20/30 minutes by car: so many.

A PLACE TO LIVE: Fermo. On a hill, 7km from the sea and from splendid beaches where you can sunbathe, swim. A small Italian city of art, among timeless alleys made with river stone, where you can walk and think. Great views, like those given by the medieval cathedral that ranges from the hills to the sea on one side, to the legendary Sibillini mountains on the other.
