🕛 Check-out is by 10:00 am
🔑 The keys are stored in a lockbox near the entrance. Your access code will be provided before arrival. Please return the keys to the lockbox when you leave.

House Rules
🚭 No smoking or vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
🐶 Pets: Silver Birch Retreat is pet-friendly. Pets must be included in your booking or approved with us before arrival.
🎉 No parties or events: Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted
🔇 Noise: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 pm.
🏡 Care of the property: Please treat the property, furnishings and equipment with care and report any damage or maintenance problems promptly.
🗑 Rubbish and recycling: Please place rubbish and recycling in the appropriate outside bins.

During your stay
Switch off the oven, hob and other cooking appliances after use.
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
Please keep doors and windows closed when the heating is on.
Contact us as soon as possible if you experience any problems during your stay.

Before checking out

Before leaving, please:
