Luxurious vacation villa rental with a private pool in Corfu. Villa Cocona is surely one of the most beautiful modern villas on Corfu’s northern coast: its boasts fantastic views of the sea and sunset. Admire the beautiful countryside from the villa terraces and the scenic pool. Take advantage of all of the villa’s ultra modern amenities. With 4 bedrooms and very modern interiors, it can accommodate 8 people. The villa’s strategic location is close to both Acharavi (shops of all kinds), and Kassiopi (the island’s most charming and beautiful town), and less than 3 km away from the sea.
At the disposal of the guests of this exclusive villa with a private pool: private pool with panoramic views (10 x 5 meters; minimum depth: 0,8 meters; maximum depth: 1,80 meters), whirlpool corner, outdoor dining area, barbecue, 4 bright bedrooms each with a private bathroom, washing machine, air conditioning, close to the sea, Wifi internet, parking.

Distances: the nearest beach 3 km, Acharavi 4 km, Kassiopi 8 km, Corfu Town (harbor, airport) 39 km.

Absolutely incredible property and location high up with stunning views. The design and finish are truly outstanding with an extremely modern, high quality kitchen area. The large pool area is fabulous to relax all day and offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The owners are so helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with, cannot wait to go back, the whole family had a wonderful time.

We stayed at the fabulous Villa Cocona in May '25 and were fortunate to be the very first guests at the villa. Due to its elevated location, surrounded by an olive grove, the views from the villa over the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The accommodation is luxurious, spacious and well-thought-through and there are plenty of nice tavernas and bars in the nearby Acharavi and Kassiopi. Our host Joanna was very friendly, she greeted us on arrival and was always available for advice throughout our stay, and ensured that the pool was cleaned almost daily. Watching the sun set just in front of the villa every evening added to the magical experience of our stay at Villa Cocona. Many thanks to Joanna and Spiros!

What an absolute treat it was! My family spent a week at Villa Cocona and we were very glad we've chosen for this villa. The house is spacious, light, calming and had plenty of space both inside and outside the house. From the moment you step in you get the feeling you're in a luxurious place that is well maintained and thought through in all the details. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are very nice and all doors and windows have insect screens. However it was April/May we could still enjoy the infinity pool (not heated). The terrace is big, you have places with shadow and sun. And a lot of privacy since there are no joining gardens: you are surrounded by olive trees. The furniture with a lounge set, daybeds and BBQ is exactly what you want. We found the location on the island perfect for taking trips around the upper half of Corfu. There are plenty of beaches on a few minutes distance by car, both big and small, with pebbles or sand. The views are absolutely stunning, from the pool you can see the sunset. From the bedrooms on the front side you have a 180-degrees panoramic view on the sea, the lagoon and Albania. The only downside of having such a view is that the villa is on top of a hill. Which means that the path leading from the main road to the house is a steep serpentine road. In the beginning it may feel tricky but you get used to it. Then last but not least the way the place was managed and kept clean: simply perfect! The owner was very friendly, welcoming and available at all times. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the water of the pool. They made our stay a real holiday as we didn't have to do anything ourselves. We already told the owner we're thinking of going back in a few years.

We spent a week at Villa Cocona and it was, without exaggeration, an absolutely exclusive experience. The villa is brand new, thoughtfully designed in a clean, minimalist style with high-end materials and a spacious private pool. Everything is not only beautiful — it’s functional and meticulously considered down to the smallest detail. You can feel the quality in every corner. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute drive to what we found to be the most stunning beach on the island. The view of the sunset each evening? Simply breathtaking. A heartfelt thank-you to the owners for their warm, respectful, and attentive hospitality — it truly made us feel at home. An additional highlight: there’s an option to book private chefs. We chose Virginia, and she exceeded all expectations — 100 out of 10. Incredible attention to detail, top-tier ingredients, and a genuinely kind presence in the house. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here — don’t hesitate. This place is a hidden gem, and it’s more than worth it.

Es ist eine außergewöhnliche und exquisite Villa mit luxuriöser Ausstattung. Sie ist sehr hell und offen gestaltet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Von der Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine über den Herd, bis zum Weinschrank. Alle Türen und Fenster sind mit hochwertigen Schiebetüren gegen Insekten geschützt. Die großzügige Terrasse und der Infinity-Pool sind hervorragend zum Sonnen, entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Denn die Villa liegt erhöht an einem Berg. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und es ist auch nicht von außen einsehbar. Das absolute Highlight ist abends der Sonnenuntergang den man direkt von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Alle 4 Zimmer haben ein eigenes geräumiges Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Armaturen. Joanna ist eine sehr aufmerksame, freundliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Sie gab uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele und beantwortete auch zwischendurch all unsere Fragen. Es war eine unglaublich schöne Zeit für uns und wir würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.
