Well-located cottage with whirlpool and sauna and panoramic views of Ferring Lake. In addition, the house is only approx. 200 meters from the roaring North Sea. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV with German channels as well as the free Danish channels, stereo with CD player and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. There are three bedrooms and a 25 m2 loft. Bright bathroom with bathing environment, shower, underfloor heating, 2-person whirlpool and access to the house 3-4 person sauna. Access to beautiful terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and views of Ferring Lake, where you, among other things. can enjoy the view of the large, protected open space with rich bird life, which lies down towards the lake, or enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
