Classic manor, 380 sq. m., located in a farm in a panoramic location, with a large garden and private swimming pool. The house has 7 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can host up to 14 guests. You will find Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a furnished loggia for outdoor meals, as well as for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful countryside.

Outdoor area and Swimming Pool
You reach the property from a long road with rows of cypress trees, creating a typical Tuscan scenery along with the surrounding vineyards. Behind the villa you will find the English garden, fully enclosed and with a 60 sq. m. loggia with tables, chairs, a ping-pong table and stonework barbecue. Available games for children including a trampoline and a slide with swings. The swimming pool, which has illumination and is heated with solar panels (24°C) is 13.5 by 7.5 metres with a depth of 1-3.8 metres and is enclosed by a hedge for childrens’ safety. All around the pool is a cotto-paved area with sunbeds, beach umbrella and a table. You will also find a small bathroom with shower and two sinks. On the first floor of the villa, there is a large terrace, shaded by a curtain, with access from the living room and furnished with tables and chairs for relaxing outdoor breakfasts while admiring the view. The villa is on three floors. The ground floor is where the wine cellars are and is accessible only by the owners. A double staircase (outdoor) leads to the first floor where, upon entrance, you will find the living room with a large fireplace and access to the terrace and the dining room. The stonework kitchen is well equipped and there is also a pantry. On this floor you will also find another living/reading room with satellite TV (includes a DVD player), a bathroom with bathtub and a washing room, with washing machine and dryer. The washing room can be used by guests but is also used by the owners, 1 walk-through twin bedded room (suitable for children) with a small bathroom with shower, that leads to a double bedroom with bathroom. A staircase then brings you to the second floor, with a large double bedroom with bathroom with massaging jet bathtub and double sink, 1 twin bedded room, 3 double bedrooms of which one has a French bed (1.4m wide) and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is in a farm which produces wine and olive oil, on the top of a hill with an amazing view of the surrounding countryside, full of vineyards, olive groves and woods.

Fattoria nel Chianti has central heating, Wi-Fi, baby bed, high chair, mosquito nets in the kitchen, in the larger bedroom and in the bathrooms and parking in the property. Courtesty set in the bathrooms and in the kitchen (olive oil, salt, pepper, winiger).

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (all changed weekly), internet, water, gas and electricity consumption, heating, 4 hours of hired help (only for week stays), tourist tax, baby bed, high chair. On request and to be paid on the spot: possibility of guided tour of the wine cellar and wine tasting, as well as dinners in the villa.

Important Information
Swimming pool available from June 1st to September 30th from 9 am to 10 pm (from 10 pm to 9 am it is closed for maintenance). After 8.00 pm check-in will not be guaranteed and, if carried out, it will have a surcharge. Visits and tastings with external groups are organized in the property's cellar.Activities and Distances

You can reach the wonderful towns and villages of Castellina in Chianti, Radda, Gaiole and Fonterutoli: in each of these you will find friendly residents, typical restaurants and winehouses where you can taste Chianti’s world-famous wines. Art lovers must visit both Siena, with the Piazza del Campo and the palio, a traditional horse race like no other, and Florence with its many museums and monuments. We also suggest visiting San Gimignano, famous for its unique medieval towers.
