魅力的なシンガー島に位置する私たちの家は、プライベートプールと沿岸内ラグーンとリトルムニヨン島の美しい景色を望む広々としたヴィラです。 家は大西洋の砂浜から歩いてすぐ（10分）にあり、水泳やシュノーケリングを楽しめます。 シンガーアイランドには、いくつかのビーチパークがあり、シュノーケリング、カヤック、パドルボード、釣り、バードウォッチングなどのウォーターアクティビティの機会がたくさんあります。 近くにはPGA Blvdによるレストランやショッピングがたくさんあります。

ハイライトの近くには、ビーチからすぐのフロリダで最高のシュノーケリングとダイビングのスポット（満潮時が最高）のあるフィルフォスターパーク、子供向けのシュノーケリングが楽しめるピーナッツアイランド、ゴージャスなビーチとシステムのあるジョンDマッカーサービーチ州立公園がありますカヤックやパドルボーディング用の島とラグーン。

ゲストが海岸内ラグーンを探索するために使用する2つのホビーコナカヤック（それぞれ1人または2人用）があります。 基本的なビーチギアが用意されています（クーラー、ビーチパラソル、3〜4人用のシュノーケリングギア、ビーチチェア、ブギーボード）。 ウェーバーの木炭グリルも利用できます。

Just Wonderful!

Spacious beautiful home with everything - and I do mean everything - you need. All the rooms are huge with plenty of space for everyone. Great patio and pool area for relaxing. Beaches, world-class snorkeling and restaurants are nearby. The garage has all you need for your beachy holiday: snorkeling gear, beach chairs, kayaks, vests, water toys - you name it. Book here - you won't be sorry!

This is a beautiful house, spacious, well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the one-floor layout and the privacy it afforded. We vacationed with our adult children/SOs and as the bedrooms are separated from the living room, dining room, kitchen, my husband and I could do our early morning routine without worrying about waking the others. We used all of the rooms and cooking a dinner at night was easy. The patio is beautiful and the full size table is a great space to gather. Excellent location for quick runs to airport, access to beaches, and other touristy locations. The host responds quickly and was very helpful. I loved the fact that there were 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom is huge! Only suggestion for host is to provide a few more reclining, sturdier beach chairs. We would definitely book this house again.

The House with a view

Beautiful view of the intercoastal. Easy access to the beach. You can walk to Coconuts (ocean view) and other restaurants. Carmines’s is only 11 minutes away (amazing gourmet shop). We loved our stay.

Couples Trip to Spring Training & Beach

Good, quiet location with easy access to beach, restaurants, spring training fields, etc. Listing is completely accurate. Owner was very proactive in communication. Property is older and might be an issue for some but worked fine for us (three couples). Kitchens, baths, bedrooms had the most amenities and supplies of any VRBO property that we had ever visited.

Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood. It is as described. Easy to get to beach. Kayaks were easy to take in and out. Owner extremely responsive. So nice that bedrooms were in one side of house and living areas on the other side. This was great for early risers and late night people.

Great stay

Great stay despite poor water conditions at dive sites. 😢 Lots of other things to do, with everything you need to have(ie beach towels, etc). The house is great for a family or a few friends. Plenty of communal space for gathering as well as privacy for all. Well stocked kitchen, customary spices, oil, vinegar, salt, etc. easy to cook in or eat out. We’ll stay again.

Fun in the sun in Springer Island

Property was clean and walking distance to beautiful beach, fishing at the bridge, and some restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. House stocked with all essentials in addition to kayaks, bikes, and beach supplies. Owner is very responsive and included useful information.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing stay at Mattias’s home. The house was larger than expected and included everything you need for an excellent vacation! The location is wonderful, view of the inter coastal across the street and easy access for kayaks and our paddle boards we brought. Also a quick walk to the beach. Mattias was quick to communicate and sent great directions and suggestions for local attractions and activities. Our family of 5 had plenty of space, and we would love to stay here again the next time we visit Singer Island!

Fantastic host. Home is superbly clean. All amenities great, kitchen supplies, utensils complete. Beautiful yard, pool and patio. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels. Beach chains, floats, kayaks available. Home is in a very nice safe neighborhood on Singer Island. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent Location

This house has an amazing location on singer island. It is right on the water and a short walk/drive from the beach access. The rooms are fairly spacious and the general "living" space is ample. We traveled with three teenagers and they enjoyed the pool area in the back of the house daily. The owner was easily accessible via mobile and responded quickly to any questions I had both before our visit and during our stay.

We were looking for quite a while for a suitable vacation house on the Atlantic coast of Florida. We immediately fell in love with this house because of the lovely pool, the beautiful water views and the easy access to a wealth of natural wonders nearby by foot or kayak.
