The Space:

Walk to the beach at Ocean Reef Park or launch kayaks and paddleboards right into the Intracoastal from the home's private backyard dock! Fantastic local coffee shops, bars, and dining options are all within a one-mile radius. You'll also be within a mile of the bridge over to the mainland, and John D. MacArthur Beach State Park is only a three-mile drive up A1A. When you're not soaking up the sun and fun around town, kick back at home on your private, screened lanai. Serene water views provide the backdrop, while a gas grill and dining table set the stage for family barbecues.





The inviting, single-level interior features tasteful decor and comes complete with all the modern home essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Updated living room furniture and a TV are ready to welcome casual downtime.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

The home was perfectly laid out and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Location was perfect to enjoying the entire area. Enjoyed quiet downtime sitting on the back screened porch and dock.

Awesome canal location

This house was great for our long weekend visiting our daughter in college. Having a boat lift and being so close to several beach areas was wonderful. There are some things that could be updated, but overall a really nice option, especially if you want water access.

No Wifi or Cable Tv

Only negative is WIFI and cable not working for our stay. House is gorgeous and dock is in perfect shape. Looking forward to using house in future.

Singer Island Gem

Great house and location. Boat lovers dream to have access to a dock with boat lift. Everything listed was available during our rental. Only issue is internet and cable TV did work which was a big disappointment. Hopefully that will be correctly. Publix near by across the bridge. High recommend

Peaceful waterfront retreat

The freshly updated home was clean and spacious for our family and very nicely laid out. We also appreciated all of the complimentary items for our use as well. It was wonderful staying on the water and we enjoyed the patio as well. We would have loved to bring our boat down in the future from Orlando. Singer island is a regular destination for our family to enjoy the beach, Sailfish Marina, Peanut Island and of course snorkeling Phil Foster Park and this home was the perfect location to enjoy it all. I would definitely stay again and recommend it!

Nice but needs fine tuning!

Nice set up and location. Need to take ac off program so it can be cooled! Hit 73 or more during night. One person complained about condition of bed. All 3 complained about pillows. Could use Keurig. More soap in showers please!

Great location and house is beautiful

Great location and boat lift is awesome. Just needs a little attention. Lock box did not work for us but was able to gain access. Microwave did not work, washer would not spin. Had to wash master bedroom sheets and comforter as major allergic reaction. After that no issues. More door mats would be great to keep the sand from coming in the house.
