The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and is fully furnished with all the latest electrical accessories, such as a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Enjoy superfast broadband and a 65” HD flat-screen TV.
Walking to the dockside for a refreshing walk or run takes a few minutes. Enjoy high-end restaurants, hotels, and bars, or hop over to Canary Wharf or board the cable car and be at the 02 for shopping and cinema in 10 minutes. The development offers 24-hour security, hi-tech facilities, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
A 10-second walk to Royal Victora DLR Station or a few minutes walk to Custom House DLR takes you to:

Royal Docks is a very well-connected travel hub with a beautiful dock and water sports in the summer. The community locally comprises affluent residents and world-class amenities, i.e. cafes, restaurants, floating hotels, and 24-hour security. It is next to the famous Excel exhibition centre. You can jump on the cable car and hop to the 02 in Greenwich, 10 minutes, where you have shopping malls and entertainment, or get a DLR to canary Wharf or Central London in minutes. I hope you enjoy this vibrant safe and well looked neighbourhood.
