Regarding the power interruption, our records confirm the concern was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services Team and was promptly addressed by our local Property Managers during your stay. We also understand the frustration with the Wi Fi service. This issue was reported and escalated to the internet service provider, and we are pleased to confirm it has since been resolved. Please note that four complimentary bicycles are provided with the unit. A signed waiver is required prior to use, after which the lock code is issued. We regret any confusion regarding access.
