Perfect location

Everything was wonderful for our trip. We appreciated having Roku on the TV and the extra chargers in the nightstand. Everything was clean and the condo is super convenient to the beach. When you leave the condo, go to the crosswalk to the right of the complex and the entrance to the beach is right there across the street. The public access is less busy at that spot also.

Quick Spring Getaway

Our first visit to the Seagrove Beach area did not disappoint! Easy walk to the beach right across the street…lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance! Our condo was clean and just right for the wife and I. Loved the hot and powerful shower! Really nice long weekend!!

The perfect weekend getaway!

Loved our stay here! Location is amazing, just quick bike rides to the Hub and Seaside, with perfect public beach access right across the street. The only flaw, is you can hear the people above move around really well. But would still book again!

Summer Vacation

Great places I have stayed in this complex twice now, but different unit. Love the area and the beach is amazing only negative thing is the stairs to the beach instead of a ramp. Teri was great and check in was easy. Will stay again.

Cute beach vibe

The spacious room was nicely decorated with a lighthouse/beach theme. Everything was clean and tidy. Appreciated a straight shot to the parking lot for my father’s walker.

Nice location at a good price.

It's hard to beat this place at this price. Close and easy access to the beach. Everything needed was there except a washer and dryer. A laundry cleaning service is near but no coin operated laundry establishments near by that we could find.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The size was ideal for three of us, and our small dog. It was clean and had what we needed. The complex sits right on Highway 30A, it was a holiday weekend yet it was quiet, and parking was not a problem. Beach access is across the street. Bike rental shop is in walking distance. There was a grill just outside of our unit that we used, which was very clean. Teri was prompt with her info for checking in. We would definitely recommend this unit, this location and we would return again. Thank you

Old & Dirty

Place has had new paint & flooring, but still woefully outdated. And not clean, which we couldn’t seem to get past. Old old dishwasher & stove, limited ability to cook. Groceries/other food & dining close by. Neighbors/other guests friendly and courteous, and the beach close by/fabulous to walk. All on all, a disappointing experience. Sorry, but that’s the reality of it.

Perfect location!!

I planned this trip to Seaside for my birthday, several days of relaxation to usher in 45 with my hubby! I have stayed at this particular complex about 5-6 times. The condo that I have previous rented several times was not available. I chose Teri's unit mostly because it was on the ground floor. The location of the condo is perfect! It is directly across from the beach and takes about 2 minutes to walk across the street. Downtown Seaside is 1 mile down the road. This is a sleepy beach town. Everything closes early but this is why I keep coming back! It is so relaxing and the locals are nice for the most part. Teri was amazing!! She emailed me the day before with the code and what time I could check in! Super convenient. Like I mentioned the condo is in the perfect location. Now, for the condo itself. It is very outdated and very dark inside. We had some overcast days and at night time it was darker than we like. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, the mattress is bowed where our feet were above our heads, haha! This really hurt both our backs in the long run. If you like a fluffy pillow, bring your own! All of the pillows were flatter than pancakes. We each had to use 3 of the pillows but they were still really terrible. The furniture is microfiber and feels yucky but appears clean. The bathroom has been updated and met our needs. I understand that nothing will compare to your own home however some things could be improved on. If you can overlook the furniture and dark outdated interior it really is fine. These are things that I personally look for in reviews to determine if I will rent. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room so again, it did serve its purpose. There is a bike rental place one block away (Butterfly Bikes). This is where I always rent from. We parked the car when we arrived and rode bikes the whole time which is always nice not to get in the car til time to go home! The restaurant's are delicious! Cowgirl Kitchen is a must as is Bud and Alley's (eat there every time!) Tip: look online for night time reservations in downtown Seaside. Most take reservations and will cut down on your wait! Overall this complex is great. I have even stayed in these little studios with 3 other girls...and it works! Get ready to relax and enjoy what 30A has to offer in this perfect location!
