This cozy 60m² apartment is ideally located in Lloret de Mar, just 300 meters from the main beach, making it perfect for family holidays on the Costa Brava. Situated on the fourth floor of a peaceful development, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment includes a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (130x180cm), providing direct access to a terrace for outdoor relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, and more. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a modern bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy the communal garden and pool, along with the option of using a garage for an additional cost of 30€/week. Optional air conditioning and heating are available for 50€/week, ensuring year-round comfort. The apartment is just 400 meters from the beach, as well as the city center, making it a convenient spot for shopping, dining, and exploring the local attractions. This property is ideal for families, as youth groups under 35 are not permitted. Pets are allowed on request with a supplement. With its great location in the charming town of Lloret de Mar, this apartment provides a comfortable and relaxing base for your Costa Brava getaway.
