CostaBravaNatura exclusively offers you this wonderful villa, located on the Costa Brava, in a unique setting, with spectacular sea views. Surrounded by nature and very close to beautiful coves, beaches, forests and botanical gardens.
Family house, spacious and comfortable, 1 km from the beach (15 min. on foot), with private pool, garden, wifi, smart TV, barbecue, several lounge areas and private parking.

Enjoy with family and friends this cosy and spacious Villa, with more than 300 m2 built area and 300 m2 of garden with pool. Distributed on 4 floors, it has 6 rooms (2 of them with terrace), several lounge areas, Wi-Fi, barbecue and private parking for four cars.
In a privileged environment, located in the exclusive area of Corona Santa Cristina, 1 km from the beach. Surrounded by many beautiful coves, beaches, forests and protected areas such as the Pinya de Rosa Tropical Garden and the Marimurtra Botanical Garden.
There are many wonderful caves close to the house, like Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sant Francesc, Cala Boadella... (all located between 1 and 2 km from the house).
Bed linen and towels included in the price, with free weekly change.
Free garden and pool maintenance service.

The house has six bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and four with two single beds. It is possible to add two more beds in one of them (on request and with an additional charge)
**The base rate is for up to 12 people, there's an additional charge for every extra person per night.

Villa is in a great location and has everything needed. It needs some updating furnishings are a little tired. Bedrooms would benefit from Air Con especially the upstairs rooms.The views are amazing and Ester the property managers went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothing.

Friendly host, beautiful villa

Our host was really friendly and helpful. Every question we had has been answered really quickly and patiently. We were provided many useful informations in advance and also during the stay. The villa we stayed at was beautiful with amazing sea-view. Absolutely loved it, thank you for the experience!

Beautiful home all the way around!

The house is very well taken care off and it is very spacious and beautiful. My favorite spots were the pool, the upper level terrace, and the outdoor eating area. The walk to the beach is a bit hard. It takes about 17 minutes and on the way back uphill it is good exercise! The owners were attentive to our needs and incredibly nice. It has been a pleasure to meet them. Nice place!

Beautiful Place

We spent a few days at this villa and really enjoyed the stay. The property was very clean, and the views were great, especially from the upper levels. I loved seeing the sunrise and sunset each day. The landscaping and nature were very nice and well kept. The villa is in a nice quiet area at the end of the street with no noticeable neighbors. We visited beautiful beaches which are only about a 15 minute walk from the villa. The owner was very very helpful with coordinating our stay and helping us figure out what to do in the area. He was willing to work WAY in advance with me to make sure everything went smooth when we got there, and with no issues. We planned a surprise party at the villa and the owner worked with us to help the surprise go perfect and even allowed our group to check in early to prepare. Again, very nice and beautiful place and great owners!!! Thank you for everything! Olga S.

Tolle Finca in super Umgebung

Wir waren mit 11 Männern (Ü40) in dem Haus. Das Haus war bestens gepflegt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und positiv. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Bon séjour à Blanes

Le propriétaire est vraiment très attentionné et à votre service. La maison est grande avec une très belle terrasse mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. La proximité de la route est un peu dérangeante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais la région ne nous a pas emballé. Beaucoup de monde et peu de charme pour cette station balnéaire. Seul Tossa del mar mérite le détour !

Accueil parfait

Adel, le propriétaire nous a accueilli dans les meilleures conditions dans sa charmante villa où il fait bon vivre. Il nous a conseillé de belles activités et grâce à lui nous avons goûté la meilleure paella du coin. Il a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre nos vacances entre amis le plus confortable possible.

Amazing place!

We stayed at the house for a week with 8 people and we had the best time! The house was clean and it had everything you need for a good stay. The host was amazing, he really made us feel at home right from the start. He was really helpful with recommendations on what to do and very quick to help when something went wrong, which is very nice when you’re on a holiday and want things to be as relaxed and easy as possible! The location is very quiet and you have a great view because you’re on the hill. Therefore I would recommend having a car, but we didn’t and we still managed to get everywhere very well. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here, because you’ll have a great holiday!

Mixed Group One Week Stay Near the Coast

I'm not great at writing reviews, but hopefully you'll find some of the below useful. We were a mixed group of 10 people, 3 couples and 4 singletons - with a variety of ages. We stayed in this villa at the beginning of October, after much searching of many sites, and we were not disappointed. The property is large enough to find your own space, with well proportioned rooms and living areas. The kitchen is well equipped and the presence of a washing machine will be a benefit to any groups with children. We hired cars from the airport and found the property with no issues. I would recommend a car for this property, but if you don't mind walking up hills it's doable without. A taxi from Blanes was around 8 Euros - so we tended to walk to town in the evening and taxi back. The views, location and outside spaces of the apartment are all outstanding - we often had groups people in different areas enjoying different things - drinks and books, or pool and music, etc. The photos don't do this place justice, and it is nicely situated between Lloret and Blanes allowing you access to the nightlife and the restaurants of your choice. The final and ultimate reason to book and recommend this place to anyone, is the attention to detail and availability of the owner. He met us and showed us around - his English being far better than my Spanish. He contacted us prior to arrival and was always available whilst we were there for suggestions, help and any issues at the Villa. Wonderful host, location and property if you want to relax whilst retaining access to local amenities - I would recommend having a car.

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Really nice property in a quiet suburb between Lloret and Blanes, lovely beach bar within a 15min stroll, very nice gardens and views. The owner was incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay even arranging some beach towels and a bicycle which were all ready for us on arrival. We were able to check in early and also check out late as the property was unoccupied either side of our stay, this was most welcome given that the villa is quite isolated from bars and restaurants.

El chalet, muy cuidado y limpio, està muy bien situado en una zona tranquila a 15 minutos del pueblo y de las playas. Tiene vista bonita al mar y està rodeado de pinares y un jardìn botànico. Las habitaciones estàn muy bien distribuidas con dferentes zonas externas para comer, charlar, tomar el sol y relajarse. La piscina es preciosa y muy cuidada. El chalet es perfecto para unas vacaciones tanto para adultos como para chavales y los dueños son super amables y disponibles. Estamos muy satisfechos con todo!!

Una excelente casa, el trato ha sido inmejorable, desde el principio de la reserva hasta el final, hemos tenido contacto con el propietario, que en todo momento se mostró flexible y amable, la casa es una pasada de hermosa, muy grande, muy cómoda, con muchos rincones, mágicos, celebramos los 40 de mi marido y ha sido inolvidable, el entorno es perfecto, las vistas muy chulas, vamos a repetir cada anyo, porque vale la pena. La piscina la disfrutaron los ninos muchísimo, cuando entramos la casa nos la entregaron en perfectas condiciones, detalles de las toallas en cada habitación, la casa esta perfectamente equipada. muy contentos con todo. Felciidades por la buena casa.
