An elegant and cozy apartment, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the thermal baths, near the Aquafelix Water Park and Etruscan sites. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy affordable meals at the many seaside restaurants under the stars. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms, all with large-screen TVs and air conditioning, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a second bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies. Shuttle services and tours to nearby Rome, Tarquinia, Civita di Bagnoregio, and other destinations are available upon request.

Excellent accommodation, everyone involved with our rental property...went above and beyond with free local trips and transportation to Rome for our coliseum tour...with a fee($) but totally understandable & agreeable. Our family truely appreciated all the care and kindness during our stay. Bill

The person is helping but we have to carry the luggage 3 floors without elevator. This is a painful for many people. They should at least let us know. The price was overpriced.

This was not the property we were taken to. The property manager agreed to pick us up from the airport and brought us to the property (for a fee) we thought we paid for. However, when we arrived at the property I soon realized that they brought us to the wrong place. Instead of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom they gave us a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. I told them what had happened and was told that they had to give us this apartment because there was a leak in the place I had paid for. I told her that we never agreed to this. She said it was still the same price due to the location. I told here that a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom was not equal to 1 bedroom which had a queen bed and a bunk bed and a couch in the other room that pulled out. I picked the 3 bedroom so my husband and I could have one room and our two children could have their own rooms. I am in the process of hopefully resolving this issue. So I would be very careful when considering this property.
