The 'Corte Campedella' residence is a beautiful and prestigious gated residential complex located among the vineyards of Bande, Cavriana, on one of the 10 food and wine streets of Lombardy: 'La Strada dei Vini e Sapori Mantovani', a real paradise for lovers of Italian cuisine and wine. The condominium consists of 12 privately owned apartments, located on the quiet morainic hills, just 15 minutes by car from Sirmione or Desenzano, on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The building was owned by the Gonzaga family from the 13th to the 18th century. The property is located on the battle fields of the Battle of Solferino in 1859, from which the International Red Cross was formed. Bande, Cavriana is included among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites .
This spacious apartment with kitchenette, consisting of 2 bedrooms (95 square meters/1,023 square feet) and a bathroom with a family shower, is located on the 1st/2nd floor and is in an ideal location for family vacations, as it is located on private land accessible through a gate. There is a communal garden with well-established trees and shrubs and a communal pool (20m x 10m), open from May to the end of September.
On the first floor are the kitchen/dining room and the living room. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with single beds (two single beds). There is also a bathroom with a family shower in the landing compartment.
The apartment has a private parking space behind security gates.
All rooms have beamed ceilings and tiled floors. The Verona Arena is easily accessible, as is Venice, both by car and by train from Desenzano. Milan is just over an hour away by train from Desenzano .
Water sports are available on Lake Garda.
There are several golf courses just a few minutes' drive from the apartment.
The apartment is located 40 minutes from Verona airport, 1 hour from Bergamo Milan airport, 1.5 hours from Milan Linate airport and 2 hours from Milan Malpensa airport.
