The swimming pool, with a stone edge, is rectangular in shape and has a Roman staircase for access; the pool measures 15 x 8 m, has a depth ranging from 1.3 to 2.50 m and is equipped with indoor lighting, with a gazebo equipped with a sofa and a mobile bar. All around is the sunbathing area, which covers an area of 200 sq. m. of lined and a further 500 sq. m. of lawn and is equipped with lighting. The sunbathing area is equipped with parasols, sun loungers, tables and DayBad to offer guests maximum comfort. The pool area is also equipped with hot and cold showers and the wellness area with whirlpool and sauna.

The outdoor spaces are surrounded by greenery, with manicured gardens to enjoy the panorama of the rural landscapes of the Valdinievole. The beautiful fenced park surrounding the house is full of hedges marking the boundary to safeguard your privacy and the characteristic olive trees, a symbol par excellence of Tuscany. The well-kept lawn is trimmed in English style and offers natural shady areas and lush scented vegetation such as roses, oleanders and aromatic plants. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a brick barbecue and a wood-burning oven.

Staying in this villa you can explore Tuscany very well: the surrounding area is perfect for nature lovers, surrounded by hills and forests, ideal for hiking or cycling. A few kilometres away, Montecatini Terme is famous for its healing thermal waters. About 20 minutes from Montecatini, Pistoia is a city rich in history and culture. About 30 minutes by car from Montecatini, Lucca is a city not to be missed, famous for its Renaissance walls surrounding the historic centre. Florence is about an hour away, the city is a treasure trove of art, history and culture. Near Montecatini, you can also visit some charming medieval villages such as Pescia and Montecatini Alto.

The villa is spread over three floors. The main entrance door is located on the ground floor. This floor is divided into a living area consisting of a living room with satellite TV and fireplace (ornamental), dining room, fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden, gym, and toilet. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, which consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath and walk-in closet, and two double bedrooms with a single sofa bed (sleeps two) and a single armchair bed (sleeps one). On the second and top floor, there is a large living room with an ornamental fireplace, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower.

On the lower floor, there is an open-plan space with a TV area and fireplace, pool table, single sofa bed (sleeps one), fully equipped built-in kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with shower. The lower floor also has a laundry room and garage with direct internal access.
