As for the soap in the bathrooms, there was definitely a misunderstanding about the product. At Villa Centoni, we support eco-friendly practices and use dispensers, not single-use soap bars. Yes, in the villa we have a 350-litre refrigerator with a 70-litre freezer in a single cell. On Sunday guests tell us a problem with the refrigerator, I immediately went to check and the refrigerator was working properly, the refrigerator just needed time to cool all the food and drinks that had been placed inside it. Given the numerous reports from guests, on Monday morning we contacted the refrigerator assistance service to have a technician check the refrigerator, the technician also confirmed that the refrigerator works well but is too full of drinks and food. Since our guests in the villa were not happy with the temperature that the refrigerator produced, my son and I decided to buy a 100lt freezer to reassure our guests. The problem arose from too much heat, the day of arrival at the villa in Italy in Tuscany there was a heat emergency, very high external temperatures, the refrigerator needed more time to bring the food and drinks up to temperature. But our concern is to try to meet the needs of those staying in the villa. Then I apologize again, we had a break on a motor of the pool, which occurred at 20.00 in the afternoon. In the morning the technician came to check the damage to the engine, he tries to fix it but he can't. At this point the technician asks for availability in stock for a new motor, in less than 48 hours we have repaired a big damage to the pool. I specify that for us it is the first time that the swimming pool has stopped due to a breakdown. My son and I always try to meet the needs of those staying in the villa, for us it is important to know that they will have excellent memories of that holiday. The happiness of a guest who says goodbye to us at the end of their stay is very important to us.

The kitchen equipment is always taken care of by me and my son. He informs me that the coffee moka is not working well, I immediately replaced the coffee moka. At the end of your vacation, you point out a loose frying pan handle. We have numerous stainless steel pots, excellent frying pans, we have 2 non-stick frying pans. We have solid wood chairs inside the house, while outside a gazebo near the pool, white plastic chairs, to date we have never had any problems, the plastic chair is comfortable and practical also for sanitizing. I've never had umbrellas, but when she asked me for an umbrella to protect the little girl, after a few minutes I brought an umbrella. The sun loungers are made of aluminum and synthetic canvas as shown in the photo in the ad, there are certainly much nicer sun loungers for sale but I prefer to buy simple sun loungers for seasonal use. In Montecarlo there is the collection of differentiated waste, you have not complied with the collection provisions, not even the calendar, not even the collection times, mixing the garbage this has not been written. Internet connection, there is no optical fiber in Montecarlo, we have a wifi router with an external antenna which guarantees good data transmission which is certainly not comparable to a fiber optic connection. My son and I have been managing the villa since 1998, we are very pleased to listen to advice, we are very pleased to grow and perfect our structure.
