The apartment is located on the third floor of a residential area called Broletto, located in the heart of Lecco. It has two balconies with views of the mountains and a small park. It is divided into a living area, characterized by a bright and spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom, and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms are large and spacious: one has a double bed, while the other has a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is well equipped with amenities, including fast internet access, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, espresso machine, mocha, induction stove and a large television.
The main advantages of this apartment are the accessibility, the availability of a garage on request, the brightness and large spaces, the proximity to the lake area with a pleasant 5-minute walk, the proximity to the train station and the mountain view.

The location is central, although just outside the ZTL (restricted traffic zone).

The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
