⚠️ Important information:
The villa is located in a hilly position and is accessed via numerous external stairs: the route is demanding and can be uncomfortable, especially with bulky luggage, strollers or for people with reduced mobility.
We also apologize for any inconvenience: in the village and surrounding areas there may be active construction sites with noise during some hours of the day. This is not an element managed by the structure, but rather works outside our control.
For these reasons, access and stay may not be suitable for all guests and we recommend that you carefully evaluate your reservation.
To facilitate arrival:
• check-in in person from 14:00 to 22:00 (no later than)
• one of our collaborators will be present for luggage assistance

During the check-in process, you will be asked to fill out an online form where you must enter your personal ID and sign a short-term rental agreement, as required by Italian rental legislation.
Please note that for long-term reservations (more than 29 nights) it is necessary, upon check-in, to sign a rental and service contract and have an Italian fiscal code (fiscal code).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In the event of a violation, a penalty of 200€ will be charged.
