In a quiet environment, a stone's throw from the shops in the center of Cassina, the apartment is an exceptional reference point for those who want a foothold to reach the surrounding mountains in two minutes, and to treat themselves to a cool location to calmly visit Lake Como, which can be easily reached through the Valsassina in the direction of Lecco or in the direction of Varenna-Bellano.
The apartment has very well distributed spaces: a well-furnished entrance leads us to the living area, with kitchenette and living room that includes a large dining table, a sofa just in front of the decorative fireplace (not working), and access to the terrace that offers generous views of the surrounding mountains, in particular the Grigne group. From the corridor you can access the bedroom, consisting of a French double bed and a bunk bed, and the bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is nicely furnished, and it's particularly cozy. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, a convenient electric toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home. The heating is centralized and the hot water is produced by an electric boiler.
The strong part is certainly the large terrace, which significantly extends the habitability of the apartment.
There is also a larger apartment right next door, to accommodate 9 people, divided into 2 apartments.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
