The living room is spacious and stylishly decorated. Thanks to the large windows and the glass sliding door, there is plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the garden. For entertainment, there is a large TV, and for extra fun, a beautiful football table is available. The living area seamlessly flows into the open kitchen and dining area, where a large dining table accommodates six people.

The house features three sleeping areas, each with its own character and equipped with central heating and blackout shutters. The first and second bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The third sleeping area is adjacent to the living room and can be closed off with a glass sliding door. It offers a cozy sleeping space with a lower bed (140 x 200 cm) and an upper bed (90 x 200 cm), accessible via a small staircase. The house includes a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a towel radiator. The toilet is separate and is located in the hallway between the third bedroom and the living room. Parking is available directly at the house. This property is equipped with a stairlift for people with mobility issues, and in the garden, there is a comfortable lounge set and a wood-fired hot tub.
