The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. A large terrace of 20 m2, furnished with outdoor furniture, extends the living space outdoors and offers a marvellous view of the lake and the mountains.
