Cozy apartment of 140 meters squared located in a very central condo with elevator, strategic position, 50 meters away from the lakeside and the main square of Colico. Within 300 meters from the property, you will find a variety of restaurants, pizza places, wine-bars, bakeries, grocery and fashion stores, as well as the train station and the touristic harbor. The apartment is also very close to different beaches and sports equipment rentals. The flat develops over two stories: the second floor and an attic. On the lower floor you will find a spacious open space living room connected to a terrace where you can spend breathtaking meals overlooking the lake. The kitchen has just been renowned, it offers a wide window which will allow you to look at majestic views of the lake while making tasty meals. The kitchen is well equipped offering: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, boiler, vast set of cutleries. Next to the living room you will find a large master bedroom offering a super king bed; The room is connected to the second balcony of the property which also offers lake views as well as snaps of the surrounding mountains. The room has a bathroom with bath-tub and bidet. On the upper floor, which is characterized by exposed wooden beams and skylights offering spectacular views of the mountains especially Piz. Legnone, offers a comfortable master bedroom and a single double room. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with shower.
Our cozy apartment is equipped with all amenities to offer you the best comfort such as: Air conditioning, heating system, flat-TVs, audio CD-DVD player, free high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a host who is willing to please you and support you in discovering the wonders of Lake Como and the surrounding areas.

Nel cuore di Colico, con vista lago

L'appartamento è un ottimo duplex a 50 metri dal lago e dalla zona pedonale di piazza Garibaldi, dove si tiene la maggior parte degli eventi durante la stagione estiva. Appartamento moderno, ottimamente arredato e corredato di tutto ciò che serve. Vista meravigliosa dal terrazzo, dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato godendo delle piacevoli temperature di questo agosto 2022. Giusi e Franco ottimi host, disponibilissimi e gentilissimi.

Un accueil tres chaleureux, un appartement spacieux et parfaitement equipe. Service soigneux et attentif. Situé à 30s de la place principale et 1mn d'une plage. Tres bien situe pour acceder aux 2 rives en voiture.

Sehr Schöner Familienurlaub !!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer bereit Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Nähe zum Strand 500m und zu Restaurants direkt gegenüber sind sehr Urlaubsfreundlich. Der Panoramablick über See und Berge ist einfach nur traumhaft. Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Relaxing and Fun

Franco was an incredible host. The apartment itself was just beautiful and about a minute from the lake, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated. I would absolutely book this property again!

Great apartment in Colico!

We had a great 3 night stay here … the apartment was big enough for 6 adults (2 couples and 2 singles) although the rooms on the second floor are in an attic with little natural light … great for sleeping in! Location is perfect … a short stroll from the lake and main parts of town with restaurants, cafés, etc … ample free parking with an inexpensive lot on the next block if the spots at the apartment are all taken (first come first served) … the unit is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. AC in the flat works well, and the terrace is great for sitting out in the evening with views of the lake and the mountains beyond … Franco is a gracious and enthusiastic host who is eager to please … we would definitely stay here again.

Ich habe bereits recht viel Erfahrung mit Colico und mit Ferienwohnungen im Allgemeinen. Mein Fazit für Franco, Francos Wohnung und für Colico selbst ist einfach: etwas besseres kann man eigentlich nicht finden. Perfekt. Eigener Einstellplatz in der Garage wäre zwar ideal, aber das sind schon relativ hohe Ansprüche, daher egal, der Parkplatz draussen war auch ausreichend. Alles in allem uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und jederzeit wiederholbar.

Tolles Appartment mit Blick auf den Comer See

Unsere Gastgeber Franco und Guisy haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns persönlich die Wohnung gezeigt und direkt Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten für uns sehr bequem. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Ein Toaster würde das ganze noch abrunden. Auf dem Balkon kann man hervorragend mit direktem Blick auf den Comer See frühstücken und am Abend schien die Sonne direkt auf den Balkon. Damit hatte man ca. zwei Stunden länger Sonne wie auf der anderen Seeseite. Vom Haus aus waren wir in ca. zwei Minuten zu Fuß direkt am Ufer des Sees, wo es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkehren gibt (sowohl Restaurants, als auch Bars und Eisdielen). Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung nicht in großer Zahl vorhanden. Die Parkplätze direkt am Haus sind für jedermann zugänglich und damit oft voll belegt. Aber ein kurzer Kontakt mit Franco hat für einen freien Parkplatz gesorgt, da er für uns seinen eigenen Wagen weggesetzt hat. Franco und Guisy haben über den gesamten Aufenthalt dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohlfühlen, waren aber nie aufdringlich. Trotz sprachlicher Barrieren von beiden Seiten, war die Kommunikation unproblematisch. Wir danken für einen tollen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Tolle Strand- und Zentrumsnahe Wohnung.

Familie Franko ist super freundlich, sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und sauber und sehr groß, alles nötige ist vorhanden. Aufzug ins 3. OG ist sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Blick auf den See und ein paar Meter vom Zentrum und Hafen, dennoch ruhig. Parkplätze sind zwar nicht fest reserviert aber standen zur Verfügung.

L'alloggio è andato molto bene,l. La casa si è presentata molto pulita, calda, con bella vista e stanze molto spaziose. I proprietari sono stati davvero nolto gentili, dal check in al check out. Consigliatissima.

zu empfehlen !

Die Wohnung ist über zwei Etagen mit einer etwas schmalen Wendeltreppe verbunden. Ansonsten ist alles gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter, Franco, gibt eine Einweisung zu Beginn in die Wohnung und technische Einrichtung. Wenn man später Fragen hat: über WhatsApp war die Kommunikation jederzeit problemlos möglich und es wurde einem sehr schnell geholfen. Sprache ist deutsch möglich. Die Lage ist top und man erreicht den Hafen, die Restaurants und den Strand (sehr schön) wirklich sehr schnell zu Fuß. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den See und das gegenüberliegende Ufer ist sehr schön.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Franco ist ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und mit den Besonderheiten der Wohnung (Klimaanlage, automatische Dachfenster, Aufzug,...) vertraut gemacht. Die Wohnung selber bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub mit Familie so braucht, ist aber wegen der zwei Badezimmer auch gut mit zwei Paaren nutzbar. Der überdachte Balkon mit Seeblick lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Der kleine Hafen von Colico mit Restaurants und Eisdielen ist quasi um die Ecke. Und auch Geschäfte (Supermärkte, Bäcker, etc.) und natürlich die Strände sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Franco gab gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und war auch ansonsten immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spacious and very clean, centrally located apartment just down the road to lake and central piazza. Very nice hosts always available for any request. Definitely consider to come back.

Rilassante vacanza a due passi dal lago

Appartamento molto bello, curato, confortevole, arioso e funzionale, dotato di tutto e con una attenzione particolare all'igiene e alla sicurezza. Colazione pranzo e cena sul terrazzo vista lago. Location centrale e a due passi dal lago. Franco e Giusi sono persone squisite, attente, disponibili e discrete. Ci si sente a casa, in una atmosfera di relax e vacanza. Appartamento, accoglienza e ospitalità oltre le aspettative.
