Relax on the Côte d’Azur, in this charming apartment, just a 1-minute walk from the beach. On the ground floor of a small residence, the apartment sleeps 4 people and is ideal for a family or friends who want to explore the French Riviera at any time of year.

The apartment is well located as the hills shelter it from the Mistral Tramontane wind, and it also enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding nature and the Mediterranean Sea. The airy open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a glass dining table for 4. Next to the dining table, the sleek kitchen is well-equipped with an induction and cooker hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Dolcegusto coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Glass doors open from the living room onto the spacious, shaded balcony, which is an extension to the interiors. The balcony has a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco, armchairs and sun loungers.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a glass door leading directly onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second, simple bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib)

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a full bath with a showerhead and basin.
There is a separate WC.

Location
Close to several lovely beaches, the apartment is ideal for families and friends who want to relax in the sun. The resort town of Boulouris (5 minutes) is known for its 9 red-rock coves, including the secluded Plage de Boulouris. The coastal path, the Sentier du Littoral, is ideal for hiking in the sea air. Visitors can walk to the Port de Boulouris where you can try kayaking, paddleboarding and many other water sports.

For self-catering, Boulouris’s weekly market on Esplande Saint-Jean (5 minute drive) is the largest in the area. It takes place every Monday morning from 7am to 1pm and also on Thursday in July and August. Here you can find the freshest local produce to cook at home. Alternatively, there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Nice Côte d’Azur airport is 55 minutes to the east. Le Dramont train station is only a 2-minute drive so guests can easily explore the Riviera.
