Perfect location!

This room was perfect for what our family needed. Great location - right in the middle of lots of restaurants and things to do. No bells and whistles just a basic room to lay our heads down while vacationing. Honestly we spent most of our time in the pool or at the beach. This room needs some updating.

Great View

This unit is basically a hotel room, which was fine for us. The cooktop was a plug in unit, not a real stove, if that makes a difference to you--we didn't use it. The fridge is full sized and the microwave worked fine. Loved the view, the pool was great and the location is wonderful, close to public beach but less expensive than on the island.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. It was nothing glamorous but it was enough for the two of us. The location was convenient for a lot of things in the area. Check in and out was easy. Our main problem was cleanliness. Most of room was generally clean and there were no issues -until we stripped the sheets and found a disgusting dark stain about a ft from the top of the bed and almost in the center. It looks like blood or some other bodily fluid. That mattress needs to be replaced. We feel so gross having found it.

Enjoying Florida during pandemic

The property is amazing. 4th floor views of Santa Rosa Sound were awesome. Our room, right above the pool and beautiful grounds was amazing. We also picked this room for king size bed. Nice clean bedding, and nice clean kitchen. The size of the room was very adequate for two. The part I did not like was the couch. Very dirty or worn. Also patio furniture worn and cracking. If you sat without leg covering, a little sharp.

Terrible Experience

Booked this property months in advanced. It did not look as advertised when I arrived. Spent a year away from my family (military) and this was going to be our vacation and reunion. We booked 5 nights Tuesday- Sunday and missed the first night due weather. As soon as we arrived Wednesday evening (one day late) the unit was dirty. There were stains on the bedding, pillows, sofa bed, and overall it looked like it was not cleaned very well. The internet did not work in the unit either. Despite all this we were exhausted from the travels so we stayed there just the one night. As soon as 9am hit renovations occurred next door which we were not even given warning of. These renovations sounded like somebody drilling and hammering into concrete and lasted hours. Imagine trying to get a newborn to sleep in these conditions. I called the property manager and initially she told my wife there were no renovations occurring and would send somebody to take a look. Nobody came, then when I called myself and they said that the owners had the right to do their own renovations from 9am-5pm, a heads up would have been nice and I would have gone elsewhere. This was the last straw, I checked out the same day after just spending one evening in the unit. Initially they only wanted to refund me for 2 nights when I paid for 5. We settled on refunding me for 3 nights which with all the fees needed to be paid isn’t even 1/3 of what I paid for. I have never had an experience like this and will never booked through VRBO or Vacasa again.

Great stay!!!

I didn’t have the best experience with Vacasa at a different location I stayed at last year. After a fair resolution, I decided to give the company another try with this booking and Im glad I did. The condo looks identical to the photos and is very clean. The location is great with a short 15 minute drive to Destin. It’s next to so many restaurants too. You can’t beat it!

Freshly renovated and clean. secure fence around property. Having a stove top will be help full. A/c has a hard time to keep temperature lower then-72deg, no sealing fan . thanks.

Clean and comfy

Unit was clean and nice. Not at all impressed that our unit was on the 4th floor and the elevator was out of order and there was no indication of that on the website. I have health issues and so does my mom, so it was a struggle.

Beach home away from home

This place had it all. I had towels, beach towels, linens, full sized fridge with freezer, microwave and hot plate for cooking. Plenty of storage space. Fold out sofa and king bed that was just as comfy as my memory foam mattress at home. View from the room faced the marina and pool. Very clean and quiet.

We loved it!!

I would definitely come back. We tried to stay an extra night but not available. Only complaint was the sofa pull out was very uncomfortable. But we loved all the updates and the view as well as the pool.

What a beautiful view we had on the 4 the floor of the bay! We loved watching the boats coming in and out. The room was small but comfy .
