As you walk into this unit and out the glass doors of your private coastline balcony the sea will leave you mesmerized. Located just steps from the beach with its sugary white beaches this professionally decorated condominium with warm colors is the best of the best, and offers a peaceful getaway. This one bedroom with King Bed and full bath is perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary. It does have a fully equipped kitchen and TV with DVD player. Come to relax, recharge and enjoy this great unit. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A Great Place to relax

Property up to daye and nice size and 3 different views with the way our windows were so we had ocean view, santavroda bay view and Brooks bridge.....parking was a nice perk in a parking garage....would love to come back to this very location. FT WALTON BEACH....is a wonderfully safe area and so not crowded

Great place just steps from the beach

We loved staying here! It was literally steps from the sugary sand and the pools - yes I said pools as in plural - were very nice and were never super populated. All-in-all, the place was clean and quiet and very family friendly. It was also perfectly situated for access to grocery stores, restaurants, and fun things to do.

Very Pleasant Condo

The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed with the exception of a fitted sheet that fit the nice California king bed. Housekeeping tried 3 times to replace the sheets, but all were for regular king. We ended up putting 2 top sheets on the mattress. We were only staying for 3 nights so it became quite comical. During the tropical storm with heavy rain and blowing wind, water ran down the outside door and puddled inside in the hallway. We put towels inside at the base of the door so it was not a problem for us. Other than the short sheets, we would stay here again. Thanks for renting your condo to us, we had a great time.

First beach trip with our 2 year old

This is my third time staying at waters edge and first time bringing our 2 year old. Easy access to the beach and our 2 year old loved the beach. Easy check in/check out process. We loved it.

Nice place

Nice place, good area, great beach and pool. Beach front would be nicer but we still had a fair beach view and some bay views.
