Air conditioning is operational in July and August, while heating is available in April, October, and December.
Please note that air conditioning is included in the booking rate during July and August. For stays in May, June, and September, it is available for an additional fee of EUR 20 per day.

The apartment is shared with the adjacent flats, Scaligero and Garda. Guests can purchase coffee pods for the Nespresso-style machine from the owner. Guests must bring linens for the cot.
