Stunning view!

Once we’d stopped looking at the view, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Beautifully clean and secure parking was a bonus Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Great location with beautiful views over the water, and super close to the centre of town with no hills to walk and a lift in building which suited my elderly parents. Convenient and easy to access parking. The property is very comfortable and was a great space to enjoy.

Excellent location, easy and very secure parking, comfortable and cosy apartment with fabulous views.. beds were very comfortable. Large picture window in front bedroom and lounge with spectacular ever changing views made this apartment very special.Thankyou for the milk and biscuits on arrival. Some negative points were… there was no way for us to keep the Lounge window clean easily, and this did spoil the view half way through our holiday.The shower was the real big disappointment…the circular curtain was extremely awkward and the controls for the temperature therefore impossible once you were showering.. None of us looked forward to using it…it needs something!! The cooker hood wasn’t working so the lighting wasn’t brilliant…we also had to open the window when cooking anything. But we did enjoy our stay very much apart from the negatives…so perhaps we might return in the future. Thank you.

Good and bad

View from lounge and bedroom window’s fantastic, location great, good parking, bathroom requires updating ie shower curtain replace jacuzzi bath doesn’t work replace, chopping boards needs replacing pots and pans need good clean, stains on sofas and cushions, mattress in main bedroom stained no extra sheet for bed

We are delighted of course to hear that you enjoyed your stay, its position and estuary views are what makes this property very popular choice for returning guests. The details of the review will be passed on to the owner and housekeeper. We of course would have been happy to investigate and hope to resolve any issues raised during your stay, and we would invite you to report any such issues affecting your holiday during future stays. The property isn't listed as having a jacuzzi bath, and the items you recommend replacing will be sourced and replaced where required. Wear and tear and marks to soft furnishing will also be addressed. The Owners rely on feedback from guests in relation to all aspects of their stay at any of our properties and welcome constructive comments such as yours - to further improve the condition, comfort and convenience for all future guests. We hope to welcome you back to Padstow again in the future.

Wonderful view!

Easy to find and easy process to get to the apartment and keys. It was a wow factor once you walk in the door. The view fantastic! The lounge and kitchen perfect size and so comfortable. All cleaned on arrival. The main bedroom again with fantastic view! Everything you needed was in this flat. A couple of light bulbs went in the bathroom, visited CRW who sorted it for us. So easy and helpful. The location is great. Lovely Evening stroll to the lovely restaurants and shops.. great spot to visit all locations in the area.thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

5 night winter break

On arrival we couldn’t get the parking gates to open as we had failed to note the arrow after the pin. This was our fault but might be worth emphasising in the arrival instructions. The apartment was perfect for our needs but smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We let the agent know and they agreed and provided aerosols to help mask the smell. Unfortunately this did spoil our holiday
