Gwel Teg (Cornish for Beautiful View) is situated in a sought after area of Padstow and in an elevated position which benefits from direct Estuary views – Seating to the front is a perfect spot to sit and relax in a prime position and enjoy the ever-changing views.

2 Bedrooms with ample driveway parking and front and rear garden

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE DINER: with picture window framing the stunning Estuary view. Comfortable seating - 2 leather sofas, Smart TV, DVD, bookshelves, living flame coal effect electric fire. Dining table and chairs - Patio doors lead directly to rear garden.

KITCHEN - Modern kitchen equipped with all that is required for a self catering holiday. Electric hob and electric double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Door leading to the rear garden patio.

MODERN SHOWER ROOM: Large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower, wash basin, heated towel rail.

SEPARATE WC

BEDROOM ONE : King-size bed (5'), large room with fitted wardrobes, hair dryer – window overlooking rear garden.

BEDROOM TWO : Twin beds (3'), bedside table, chest of drawers (no hanging space) window enjoying estuary views.

FRONT GARDEN - Front landscaped garden area and raised paved terrace with wooden bench seating to enable you to enjoy the view.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT refundable deposit is required to be preauthorised prior to your stay.

PLEASE BE AWARE The property is unsuitable for very young children unless closely supervised due to front raised terrace and rockery in rear garden without balustrade. Please see Virtual tour and our access statement.

Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Padstow Town offers an agreeable mix of retail outlets including fashion boutiques, craft and souvenirs, book shops and home furnishings, all nestled amongst its quaint narrow streets and the working ahrbour. Also on offer is an amazing array of places to eat while you are on holiday, catering for all tastes and pockets! One of the most well known is Rick Stein with his world famous Seafood Restaurant. He now has several other eateries in the town including St Petroc’s Bistro, The Cafe, Seafood Cookery School and his own fish and chip shop!

This bungalow - Sleeps 4 and enjoys a private garden and driveway parking. There are many holiday activities available from the harbour area to visitors. These include a high-powered speedboat trip, a more leisurely cruise aboard the ‘Jubilee Queen’, a ferry trip across to Rock or a family fishing trip around the bay ?
