Rental rules
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay. Children welcome; Non-smoking villa; pets not allowed.
