Nure Villa 2 is a brand-new villa built in 2016, situated in a quiet and residential area in the south-west of Menorca, 2 km from Ciutadella and about 250 m from the beach of Cala’n Blanes, with its white and fine sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach offers the opportunity of renting hammocks, paddle boats and features also a few restaurants and kiosks.
About 500 m away you will find the platforms of Cala'n Brut, a place frequented by young and not so young people of the island who appreciate the jumps from the cliffs. Besides being an ideal place for those who don't like the sand of the beach.
In about 15-minute on foot you will reach a walk with numerous bars, restaurants, clothing stores, souvenirs, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
This villa is adjacent to its twin and it is characterized by a predominance of white color that make it very bright and airy.

Downstairs it features an open-plan living area (with couch and TV) connected to the fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the exterior characterized by a patio with table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining, a lawn and a nice pool equipped with sun loungers. On this level we find also 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin bedded room), one bathroom, washing machine and iron.

Upstairs there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV, dressing room and terrace.

This lovely house has also air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and a barbecue that is in the back courtyard located on the ground floor.

Menorca is one of the Balearic Islands, for sure th5 most magical and least known by the mass tourism.
It is the ideal refuge for those seeking a holiday of peace, silence and tranquility, and obviously a wonderful sea.
With its 80 beaches and coves, many of which are still pristine and surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean maquis, Menorca has a special charm that will make you fall in love a few hours after your arrival.
