Located just minutes from the soft sands of the Dutch North Sea coast, you’ll have easy access to the beach without the hustle of larger resorts. Though pets aren’t allowed, this peaceful space ensures a tranquil, allergy-friendly environment ideal for families, couples, or remote workers needing a calm coastal base.

Outdoor: At the beach, guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, and other fun beach sports. Wato Events and the Dutch Surf Academy are close by, offering lessons and activities for all levels.

Food & Drinks: Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals at Eetcafé Zout, our family restaurant open daily from 10:00 a.m. For a casual vibe, the outdoor bar offers drinks and light bites, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy good food, company, and seaside views!

For 2026, the tourist tax is 5% of the rental price, which is payable on site. The VIP package includes the same as the Comfort package plus a basic breakfast package. This costs €29.00 per person.
