Escape into nature in the heart of Salento! Salvia is a charming studio apartment for 3, set in a lovely garden and only 700m from the beaches of the Adriatic. The small property has 3 apartments that share the garden and an attractive communal dining area with a BBQ. Guests of all ages will enjoy the combination of modern comforts with the peaceful surroundings.

The front door leads from a rustic private veranda, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco, directly into the open-plan living space. The interior is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, storage and a dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee maker and a fridge.

There is a comfortable double bed and a single bed in the living area.

Bathroom

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location

The property is extremely well-located, between Torre dell’Orso and Otranto. Guests can easily explore Puglia’s ancient past or relax in the sun. The apartment is close to some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, including Baia dei Turchi (12 minutes) and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (5 minutes).

For more active holiday-makers there is a surfing point just 2 minutes from the property and kitesurfing only 3 minutes away. Away from the coast visitors can enjoy the Alimini Lakes which are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Grande is just a 5-minute drive. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming or they can hire canoes.

The peaceful port town of Otranto (15 minutes) makes a lovely day out. Here visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market there are several supermarkets in the town.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.
