Un petit coin de Paradis!

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Le logement est niché au cœur d’une magnifique oliveraie, avec un immense jardin parfaitement entretenu où il fait bon se détendre à toute heure de la journée. Le calme et la nature environnante offrent un cadre ressourçant, et la mer, à seulement 15 minutes, ajoute une touche magique au séjour. Le logement en lui-même est charmant, confortable et décoré avec goût. L’hôte était chaleureux, discret et aux petits soins. Une expérience inoubliable — je reviendrai, c’est certain !

Relax im Grünen

Im Haus von Rosalba hat es uns super gefallen. Das Haus und v.a. die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet. Der Freisitz war unser geschätzter Aufenthalt nach dem Radfahren. Ums Haus ein riesiger Garten. Wunderschön. Wir hatten sogar einen perfekten Parkplatz für unseren Renault Traffic auf dem Grundstück. Der Kontakt mit Rosalba war super sympathisch und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist für 2-4 Personen uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Très belles vacances dans les Pouilles !! Belle propriété très propre et climatisée !! Merci à Rosalba pour son accueil et ses réponses rapides à nos questions. Nous avons pu naviguer dans différents coins apprécier les plages magnifiques faire de la plongée profiter des nombreuses soirées organisées dans les villages aux alentours C'est un endroit où l'on retournera sûrement

Petit paradis...

Grande propriété, tout entourée...genial pour notre chien ! Maison bien équipée (un micro ondes et ce serait parfait). Le propriétaire passe tous les matins pour arroser les plantes et son potager ...autant le savoir...Tout petit village, ruelles étroites...Mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture...

Nella pace della campagna

I proprietari sono accoglienti e la casa è ancora più bella che nella descrizione. È grande con un magnifico esterno e barbecue e rifornita di tutto, anche della legna, non manca niente. Posizionata nella pace assoluta, nel silenzio, 3 condizionatori che funzionano talmente bene che ne devi lasciare acceso solo un paio anche coi 38 gradi che c'erano quest'anno. Pulitissima e comodissima. Anche la posizione ti permette di andare in poco tempo ovunque, 15 minuti al massimo 30 minuti e arrivi a Otranto, Lecce e nelle splendide spiagge tipo Baia dei Turchi, Torre dell'orso, Castro etc... In 1 ora siamo andati anche nella costa Jonica, a Gallipoli e in altre spiagge dello Jonio. Da ripetere e consigliatissimo. Ricordare che il numero della casa è il 52 a Specchia Gallone e inserire Minervino sul navigatore. Ci sono altre Specchia che non c'entrano.

Nice cottage in the olive grove

Good location for getting to the coast and touring the area. Very nice and helpful hosts. Garden and olives very pretty. House had everything needed.

Oasi di pace e relax

Proprietari eccezionali, accoglienti, cordiali e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort, climatizzata, comoda e completa di tutto il necessario. La casa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino recintato e da una terrazza dove poter trascorrere fresche e piacevoli serate.

Prefect stay in paradise!

THE HOUSE The property has 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The lounge kitchen area is also very comfortable. It has everything that one could possibly need, very well equipped. The design is in keeping with the area but still very current. It is very obvious that this house is superbly maintained and very well looked after. The cleanliness was of a very high standard. Air conditioning, a big fridge, a good sized TV and internet were very nice extras! THE GROUNDS The property sits within a large garden adorned with olive, lemon, apple and fig trees. Around the house is fully paved and there is a table, swing chair and lounge area perfect for the evenings. The house also has a wonderful bbq which we used often. There is an outside shower which faces the garden so is fully private, we all used this as our main shower daily! Imagine the beauty of showering out in the open looking out onto the beauty of the natural garden. The water, which is solar powered had good pressure and was hot. There are electric gates for the car and the space to park is huge. At the back of the garden there is a little forest with a stone table and chairs. Always cool and beautifully quiet. Again the grounds are superbly maintained and it is obvious that the owners put a lot of time and effort into maintaining it. THE AREA As always in the summer, things are manic with so many summer tourists. Our area though remained calm and quiet. The local shop, which you can walk to has absolutely everything that you need. The shop owner is incredibly nice and friendly! Shopping is calm, there are no queues or grappling to throw your shopping into a bag. Down the road from the house there is a beautiful little church and you can hear the bells every morning. They have small local events in the summer which is nice to go to and immerse yourself into the culture. With that said, the house is located about 25 minutes away from the beaches and Otranto town. We drove to the beach everyday and it was an easy journey through beautiful olive groves. I recommend Alimini beach, the free part. Otranto is stunning and has a lot to offer, stalls, lights, restaurants and a stunning old town. THE OWNERS Rosalba, her husband and son are literally there to accommodate your every need. No request was too big for them! Whatever you need they will accommodate. A lot of their time is put into making sure you are happy and comfortable. Highly recommend this house and area!

vacanza nelle prime due settimane di Giugno

La proprietà è in ottimo stato e dotata di qualunque dotazione e comfort, i padroni di casa sono cortesi e disponibili. La posizione è strategica se, come nel nostro caso, si ha intenzione di girare in automobile per il Salento, in quando sono da qui facilmente raggiungibili le città di Lecce, Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro, Santa Maria di Leuca, e tutta la costa ionica meridionale. Assolutamente consigliato.

Gemütliches Haus für 4

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Auch, als das Gas eines morgens leer war, kam sie innerhalb von einer halben Stunde und hat geholfen. Am Abend kam dann noch ein Helfer, der uns Holz für den Kamin brachte. Ein gemeinsamer Ausflug zu den Dolmen war auch mit dabei. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der Vermieterin.

Maison agréable avec grand jardin, hôte d'une grande gentillesse.

Rosalba nous a superbement accueillie. Elle est très gentille et très serviable. La maison est agréable (nous avons cependant eu un peu froid!) Le jardin est magnifique (mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter à cause du temps). Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Olivenhain am Rande von Minervino

Wenn man das Grundstück und das Haus zum ersten Mal betritt, fühlt man sich gleich daheim. Hier gibt es nicht die Minimalaustattung, wie man sie häufig vorfindet. An alles ist gedacht und der Kühlschrank nicht nur mit der üblichen Flasche Wasser gefüllt. Daneben noch ortsübliche Leckereien. Man wird herzlich begrüßt. Die Aussendusche der Olivenhain, hier verbringt man gerne die Abendstunden und in der Küche mag man gerne kochen.

Il salento nel cuore!!

Siamo stati presso la casa della Signora Rosalba per 4 giorni dal primo al 5 giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Le foto rispecchiano fedelmente la casa e quello che ci sta attorno, un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il salento terra che ogni anno ci riserva sempre delle belle sorprese e che auguro a tutti di visitare, proprio da qui. Paese piccolo ma molto ospitale e con tutto quello che serve a due passi dalla casa. Gente sempre gentile. Ringrazio anche la Signora Anna per la sua disponibilità al nostro arrivo. Il nostro spero sia un arrivederci alla prossima Vacanza. Simone

Comfortabel, rustige maar centrale ligging en zeer gastvrij.

Een woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien, gelegen in een klein dorpje tussen Otranto en Gallipoli. Temidden van de olijfbomen en met een terras rondom zodat je kunt kiezen op elk moment van de dag waar je wilt zitten. Rosalba is een super gastvrouw die betrokken is en wie je alles kunt vragen. Dit verblijf maakt de vakantie in de Salento helemaal compleet. Als je van goede olijfolie houd vraag haar dan eens naar haar eigen oogst. Erg lekker! Karin en Gert-Jan

Es war einfach genial und problemlos.

Wir waren im Mai 2018 hier. Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst von Rosalba und ihrem Mann begrüßt, bekocht und bewirtet. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, ebenerdig und gemütlich. Lauschige Abende verbrachten wir beim Geckogucken auf der schönen Terrasse. Die verkehrsgünstige Lage erlaubt eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit nach allen Zielen im Salento. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind um die Ecke. Sollte doch noch etwas fehlen, Rosalba hilft jederzeit weiter. Wir waren sehr angetan von der außerordentlichen Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gerne werden wir hier wiederkommen.

Location parfaite , à recommander

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans la maison de vacances de Rosalba et de Baggio. C'est une location de très belle prestation avec un équipement complet conforme à la description de l'annonce. La maison est au calme et parfaitement située pour la découverte de la région ( Lecce, Otranto, gallipoli, St Maria di Leuca, tout le littoral). Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Rosalba pour nous indiquer les bonnes adresses des commerces et des restaurants. ET un grand merci à Rosalba et à Baggio pour les excellents produits de l'exploitation, que nous avons pu déguster à notre arrivée. Bonne continuation. Yves

Casa accogliante e spaziosa. Zona tranquilla.

Le fotografie riproducono fedelmente gli ambienti. Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nel mese di agosto. Casa spaziosa, ideale per famiglia, comodissimi i due bagni e la doccia esterna. Gentilissimi e molto attenti i proprietari.
