新しい家へようこそ！ この広々とした芸術品や工芸品のスタイルのバンガローの古い学校のビーチハウスの雰囲気が大好きです。 子供のためのフェンスド・ヤードとビーチや遊歩道へのブロックのみで、家族を連れて行くのに最適なプライベートで静かな場所です！

広いオープンリビングとダイニングエリアは、ワイルドウッドの休暇の永続的な思い出を作り出す余裕があります。 フロントの覆われたポーチで大人の飲み物をリラックスしてお楽しみください。または、同封のsunporchポーチに座って本を読んでください。 4つのベッドルームと1つのバスルームと1/2のスペースがあり、メインエリアで一緒に時間を過ごしながら家族が広がることができます。

私たちは17/31/17にこの家を購入しました。 私たちは今後さらに多くの点で改善を図っています。 私たちはカーペットをはがし、絵を描き、新しい家具を手に入れて、更新された「アフター」の写真をチェックインします。 私たちはこれを私たちの家にすることにとても興奮しています！

Best rental ever

After trying 5 different places over the years, this was the best rental to this day. Finally, a place that's not run down. Owners care about their property and it shows.

wonderful place

We were 9 staying in the bungalow. For us, everything was nice. We had space for everyone. Everything that we needed was there. The house is SOOO close to the beach and the boardwalk we could let our teens go by themselves without any worry. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the dishes. We had to clean before we could use them. Diane answered all my questions super fast. She was very kind and patient with me (it was my first time renting) We recommand it! and we will be back next year! Cynthia

wonderful vacation home!!

this is the first year my whole family was able to take a vacation together in a few years and we decided to try renting a home. we never rented a vacation home before. there were 7 adults and one toddler. the home was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable and not feel like we were on top of each other. very clean inside and nice renovations. there is a lot to do in the area within walking distance. i would highly recommend this home for your vacation. as this was our first time renting we had a lot of questions and Diane was great with responding, helping and suggestions. Very clean, well kept house with nice new hardwood floors

The house was spacious with a nice yard and shower. The redone floors were gorgeous and the bed in the master bedroom is unbelievably comfortable. The house is very close to the beach and the neighborhood is nice. Also the renter, Diane, is extremely friendly and helpful and responded quickly to all messages. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with at the house and lots of attractions nearby. Would stay again and highly recommend!

While Rich is a quiet extrovert, Diane enjoys traveling. This house, our home away from home, satisfies both of our personalities but most importantly, our son loves our beach house. As a family, we enjoy quiet off-season time at the beach and are thrilled to share our home with other families during the season and on the occasional off-season weekend. We live in Bethlehem, PA where our family owns 2 brew pubs.

When searching to buy our family's dream beach home, we quickly tired of looking at cookie cutter condos where we felt we'd have no privacy and which lacked any substantial outdoor space for our son. We bought it from a family that had had it for 2 generations since 1955 although it had recently been a rental property for them.

At the time of purchase, we lived in a stone bungalow at home and were SO excited to see this craftsman style home come on the market. We instantly fell in love with its architecture and are thrilled to have the chance to restore its charm.

There hasn't been a single person that hasn't fallen in love with the character of our home. We are told it is one of the few remaining bungalows on the island and one of its greatest feature is the wrap around porch. There is nothing better than sitting and chatting with friends while listening to the sounds of the beach. It is just the perfect place to sit with a book or a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

We also LOVE our backyard. It is the perfect place for our son to run around while we can sit the picnic table and relax. We are looking forward to many a BBQ back there. The backyard also features a little playhouse for the kids, an outdoor shower and a clothesline for hanging towels to get that fresh air dry smell like grandmas!

The house has great historical architectural details like the columns with built in cabinet bases, the original doors and detailed door knobs and a unique metal kitchen sink cabinet too!

But honestly, you can't beat our location! We love being so close to the beach and boardwalk while being on a nice quiet street with mostly single family homes with quite a few with owner occupants. It is really a perfect beach environment with easy access to everything yet with the spacious, privacy of a home versus a stacked boxy condo.
