This place was the highlight of our Wildwood vacation this summer. Great location, plenty of room, very clean. Felt like home! I hope to stay here again next summer! Absolutely perfect!!!

The location and overall layout of the place is great. We were in town for my son’s wedding. A few quick fixes and we’d rate it a 5 star. Water heater has an exhaust fan that anyone in the unit can heat loudly. Through walls. Quick/cheap fix that needs attention. We washed dishes by hand on our short stay and only fired up the dishwasher just before checkout for a few last minute items. Rivals or beats the exhaust fan for really terrible noise. Doubt it going to last much longer.

Beachy Sanctuary

The condo is about as close as it gets to the shore and the boardwalk. It is cozy, but can accommodate many comfortably. The decor is beachy and tasteful. The balcony was a great place for pictures, and faces the ocean so you can see the Friday night fireworks from the comforts of your own space, I suggest with a glass of peach sangria!I worked with Jesse and Amy, and they were friendly and helpful. They were quick to answer our questions, on property and over text. They want to make sure you have the most comfortable stay. We did! The condo is close to so many places to eat as well so you won’t really have to drive anywhere from here. We only had to leave the garage to get to a grocery store. I would advise you to just get groceries before you come to Wildwood. The garage, like almost all parking situations on the coast, are tight. We were able to park our smaller vehicles in the garage though. It helps to be good at parking!This was just a cheerful, peaceful and welcoming condo for your family and friends to come home to after a day on the shore! Would rent again for sure!

Problem free stay in condo that delivered all it promised. Very clean, comfortable and well located. End unit with great windows, can see ocean from front deck. Fairly priced for all that. Double indoor parking spots below unit. Not fancy, but nice and comfortable with everything working as it should. Only two tiny gripes - kitchen needs more cooking utensils and unit is up two flights of steps, not just one as we presumed, as the garage is the first floor. Oh well, still had a great time.

Great property. Owner and Property Manager were easy to work with and very accessible. Family of 5 plus a large dog and space was perfect. Access to convention center and boardwalk was great.

Minor issue checking out otherwise, this was our third year renting this unit. Easy, prompt communication with owner. Great unit, clean, nice location, fabulous deck, garage, well appointed. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a home away from home!

Great place great location

This condo is very clean and spacious. (Looks like pictures) Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Best part for me was the balcony and being able to bring our dog. Close to the boardwalk. Garage parking. Restaurants and a bagel place very close by. Excellent communication. Very comfortable place, wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely rent again.

Beach Getaway.

The house is decorated lovely. Allowing dogs is also a plus .There was no smell of animals previously at all.Also walking distance to some nice restaurants.we really liked bagel cafe alittle pricey but good you can walk minutes and your there.The neighbors down stairs were very nice and didn't hear them at all.Now for things to know their are quite a few stairs so anyone with walking or stairclimbing issues it could be a problem.also bring your own hand towels and bath mats.sheets pillow cases laundry detergent. Would I rent this house again yes.For myself i have always truly loved Wildwood but haven't gotten back since before covid it felt like a different wildwood to me and not in a good way.

Weekend Getaway

The property was clean and accommodated our needs for space. Three bathrooms is such a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. My family enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable couch and on the deck. Location was great, easy walk to the beach & boardwalk.

Such an Amazing Place

This condo is perfectly situated one block from the beach and the boardwalk in Wildwood. You can even see the ocean from the balcony which was a nice bonus. The furnishings were very modern and new and the place was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The property manager Jesse and his wife met us at the condo and helped guide my car into the garage which is a little tight but so nice to have a garage to park your cars in. There are tons of fun restaurants in a short walking distance. The condo is very dog friendly and our fur baby loved the balcony and watching all the people. We were there in off season so imagine it could be a little crazier in season but you can’t beat the location. Keith the owner was great to work with as well. Definitely hoping to come back next year.

amazing location!! best vacation

the location of this property is just perfect, the fact that you stay here and you don’t have to move your car to go to the beach and the boardwalk is more enough reason for you to book your stay here. as a parent, you are spending so much money on your kids at the boardwalk as it is, so to save money on not having to pay for parking is a HUGE win. Kevin the owner was incredibly professional and so easy to work with from the start of the booking process, and his property manager Jesse was amazing when it came to checking in and checking out, they even gave us the option to check in early and check out early if we wanted, which was awesome. we felt so comfortable and safe, which is so important. I have a 1 and 1/2 year old and the property was no issue at all for a child her age. the kitchen and dining room are perfect for the stay and the balcony was our favorite spot to sit and listen to the ocean. We can’t thank Kevin and Jesse enough for the amazing experience and vacation!!

Dance Mom’s Dream

We are frequently in Wildwood in June/August for a large dance competition and have stayed in so many different areas and rentals. I’m so happy to say that we finally got it right. This home’s proximity to the boardwalk and great restaurants was convenient and safe for us, my elderly mother and for the teens. The layout and amenities inside the home were beyond perfect for us. There was plenty of space to gather together and space to retreat alone. The convenient and secure parking garage with two spaces for us to use was an incredible bonus. Communication with the owner exceeded every other rental scenario I have ever experienced and the in-person check-in and check-out at the condo was a level of convenience seldom found. I cannot express how happy I am to have found this rental.
