Great location, Approx 10 mins walk to Broad Street and 20 mins to The Bull Ring. 2 comfy bedrooms. 1 ensuite. Kitchen well equipped. Will not hesitate booking again. Parking 2mins away and very reasonably priced.Great communication and so helpful.

The host was communicative, but the pick up process was confusing. The distances from New Street Station were farther just because of the triangle to get the key then go back another .6 mile to the apartment.The apartment had zero instructions on connecting to the internet or other amenities, again had to connect with the host to get details.The cleanliness was not great. Many of the pots, pans, and dishes needed to be washed. The floor was sticky and I ended up mopping it myself. It seemed based on how dirty the water got that it had not been mopped in a long while. The oven was so dirty when trying to use it smoke filled the room.There was no soap for the dishes, or bathroom sinks. The dispensers were just filled with water.The apartment also has a major water problem that has black mold growing in the bedroom and kitchen cubby where the laundry is.

Excellent area, close to shops, people’s are very friendly and the property was very nice and clean in most of the areas. Kitchen has utensils and a lot of appliances it feels like home from home, Overall I would recommend this property and I would come back again.
