Located in Spring Hill, enjoy what this 1-bedroom apartment has to offer. With a cozy queen bed, a full bed, and a comfy futon, guests will have a nice stay. The property features AC, WiFi, an iron, and a hair dryer for convenience. Only one bathroom, but it comes equipped with a hair dryer as well. Enjoy all that Spring Hill has to offer when you stay at our place. It has an induction cooker equipped with all utensils, rice cookers, crockery. It also has a coffee station with espresso coffee and coffee maker for American coffee. The property has a terrace outside equipped with fans, lights, BBQ furniture to have a good time. At the entrance and the terrace there are two cameras for guest and property security. The terrace has its private entrance .

Jorge provided almost everything you could think from kitchen appliances,snacks,coffee tea and bathroom accessories. We actually meet Jorge and he is a fantastic host, he made sure we were comfortable and was excellent to communicate with. The location was fantastic for our needs and plenty of shops nearby. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Jorge provided everything we needed to make our visit feel like home away from home. The coffee station was a nice touch. We loved the quietness inside the apartment, and the private outdoor patio was a treat.

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. Close to amenities and attractions. Host was very nice and quick to respond when messaged.

The host was very welcoming during our couple of conversations with him. The unit was very clean and well stocked with cooking and kitchen utensils. The neighborhood and the unit itself were very quiet the entire days of our visit, even though it was a holiday week. The outdoor patio space was a nice feature.

Very nice accomodations with a few small snacks, full kitchen supplies, mid size refrigerator, towels, and a coffee bar provided. The TV has a kindle fire. HOWEVER, be aware there is a sign that prohibits flushing anything, even toilet paper. A handheld bidet is available for use and there is a small automatic lid trashcan. On that note, that is the ONLY trashcan available. Otherwise clean and a pleasant stay :)
