The unit itself was clean , but needs some work overall. There needs to be a little more about the location ( on the side of the owners house ) , just minor things. Overall it is a nice clean place to stay....

I saw that a gate in the yard was open, so I went in and there was a key placed in the mobile home. I thought that was the place we were supposed to go because there was no one there to guide us. We arrived, went up, and stayed in the mobile home for a while. Then I called him because of a water issue, and when he arrived, he told me a bit rudely that this was not the place we were supposed to be. He said he had sent me a message, and it was only at that moment, that I realized the message had arrived. But it had come 15 minutes before check-in, at 4 p.m. I think he should have sent me those instructions on how to enter the property the day before, so that I would know exactly what to do. He never did that. Now I see that on the Expedia app, I’m being charged an additional amor y, which I consider an illegal charge, because that was never agreed upon. The payment was made, and now they’re charging me an extra supposedly because of a dog, a pet that was on the property. But the pet wasn’t mine; it belonged to some friends of ours who just stopped by before we all went to a spring. They only passed through, and I even asked him if our friends could visit the property and he said yes, that there was no problem. The pet was theirs. And besides that, even if the pet had been mine, there were no written instructions in the property details about how to add a pet. Ilegal charge

This is the second time we stayed at this property. It's a perfect location for us when visiting family. It is quiet, very clean, and has an efficiency kitchen, and two tv's. There's a nice outdoor area with new furniture! Marco, our host was accommodating and made sure everything was ok. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for Us!

We needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was everything we needed. It was clean, private and had all the amenities a small family could need when traveling. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Comfortable stay!

My husband, 2 dogs, and I had a very comfortable, weeklong stay. The yard is fully fenced which was very convenient for letting our dogs outside. Marco quickly answered any questions that I had. Highly recommend!

Short stay to visit

This was the second stay at this location and both times were very pleasant. The suite is perfect for a couple in a quiet neighborhood. If there was one thing to recommend, it would be a paved parking area.Thanks…Marco!PS- please advise info on the tv parked next to the attached unit.

for couples!

cute, perfect little place for couples. you have your own kitchen, bathroom, living space and little backyard and so easy to check-in. the neighborhood was quiet as well and about 10 minutes away from stores and restaurants. side note: i went to the beach just randomly and wasn’t fully prepared. so if you’re planning a beach trip, make sure to have your beach towels and other necessities .. as they did not have any (not their fault).overall, my boyfriend and i enjoyed our stay would definitely book here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Marco was very nice and very easy to communicate with as well! I loved how clean and quiet everything is and I love that the property also had a very cute backyard to sit in as well. I certainly would choose to stay at this property again when I visit!
