Masseria Ostuni is a luxury home in Apulia set in a wonderful position in the famous Valle D’itria less than 4 km from the white city of Ostuni. A strategical position for exploring the amazing land of this unique region. The villa has also easy access to the coast which is only 10 minutes’ drive with the sand equipped and free beaches. The valley is surrounded by the characteristic vegetation of Apulia with several olive groves and some of finest wineries of the region. From the villa is very esy to make several day trips to Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica, the UNESCO town of Alberobello with the traditional Trulli district and many other destinations.

The property features a large garden that covers over 7000 sqm. which is partially paved, there is a wonderful infinity pool of 10x4 mt. 1.50 mt. depth; overlooking the valley. The pool is equipped with elegant sung lounges and umbrellas.
There is a wonderful covered patio by the pool with garden sofas and large table for enjoy al fresco meals also thanks to the stone barbeque and wood oven.

The Masseria is developing into two floors, owner restored the property keeping the traditional Apulian characteristics mixing them with some finest and elegant equipment in order to offer its guests the most comfortable holiday possible.
The ground floor features open to a very large and bright living area which is facing the pool, it is equipped with sofas (which is convertible in a double sofa bed), satellite TV fire place; a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker. An external staircase gives the access to the upper floor with where are located the 3 bedrooms two of them have double beds and one is with two singles (joinable upon request) each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.
The villa has Air conditioning, Internet wifi, Satellite TV, private parking.

Neighborhood and distance:
The property is in the heart of the Valley D’Itria a characteristic area of Apulia full of wineries and olive groves, is one of the most historical area of the region with a beautiful cities and hamlet such as the white city of Ostuni 4 km, or Alberobello 25 km, protected by the UNESCO thanks to the original Trullo’s from the property there is easy access to the coast, about 12 km, with lots of sand beaches and the WWF reserve of Torre Guaceto. The nearest Airport are Brindisi 30 km, and Bari 80 km, Lecce 80 km; all services needed are about 3 to 4 km away such as restaurants, supermarket, bank, post office, etc. Golf club 20 km;

Rental Rules:
A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: from 3pm to 8pm; Checkout: 10am
There will be an extra fee to be paid in case of late arrival between 20:00 to 22:00 Euro 50.00 and from 22:00 to 24:00 Euro 80.00, it is not admitted arrival after 24:00.

Security deposit (Refundable): Euro 500.00; easy rent policy with ceiling from 1500 to 5000
