The entire house is yours! Including a Peloton bike , free weights, cold plunge and more. Private backyard with amazing views of the ocean and the bay.



The Neighborhood:

Bay Park is one of the best spots in San Diego. Views equal to, if not better than La Jolla, with the convenience of being about 10 minutes from everything. Awesome location, near the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, LegoLand, Balboa Park, Scripps Aquarium, Carlsbad Flower Fields, Coronado Island, La Jolla. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.

Other Things to Note:

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available from $150/day to 350 day depending on Season and length of stay. The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fabulous backyard pool area was perfect for swim, relaxing and fireside chats. The kitchen and great room served us well for family meals, movie nights and hours playing cards. The house is clean, comfortable and well supplied.

Great place to stay for all ages

We loved this house! We spent most of our time outside for the view, the pool, hot tub, reading/relaxation nooks and outdoor kitchen. We were there over the 4th of July and had a spectacular view of several firework shows. There was something for the adults, teens and kids in our group. The management company was very helpful and timely in response to our questions. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic Property, Great Time!

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had a blast! Everything about our experience was top notch. Great communication throughout the trip (we didn't need a thing), and the pool & hot tub were second to none. We got some pretty good weather for late November to we spent a LOT of time in the back yard. Yes, you get exactly what the photos in this listing show—a private, relaxing resort level amenities with beautiful sunsets daily. The house was very clean & comfortable, and pretty much everything we needed was available. Many very nice personal touches, we really couldn't have been happier to spend a week in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is very quiet, and location was great—15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Torrey Pines, 15 minutes to La Jolla. There's a small shopping center with a grocery store, a good coffee shop and a few basic restaurants walking distance, and also a park walking distance the other direction. Perfect 5 star experience all around. Thank you!

Lovely property

Beautiful views. Wonderful infinity pool and large spa (once I received Apple app link from owner to control heating). Comfortable beds. Clean. Advanced appliances (YouTube came in handy to figure out stove top). Convenient location. Very nice amenities including games for the kids. We had a great time and spent more time at the house than usual on vacation.

Family Down Time Vacation

The property is as advertised. Great sunsets, accommodations extremely clean, amenities were plentiful, easy access to restaurants and highways to get from place to place. Very relaxing and spacious house.

Great SD stay

Had a wonderful week at this property! Clint and family are wonderful hosts that made everything super easy. The property is as nice as it looks! Incredible outdoor living space with a million dollar view made it hard to want to venture out much. Complimentary fireworks show each night was extra fun ! We will definitely stay here again

San Diego Bliss

Wonderful Property in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Well maintained, extremely family friendly. Excellent pool and hot tub were so fantastic. My Teens absolutely loved it. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to supermarket as we did a combo of going out and eating in. Very Clean Zen vibe. Id highly recommend. 5 Stars for sure.

Wow!! Just WOW!!

This place was amazing. It had everything we needed for our trip and the a lot more. The pool was even better than the pictures and their were views for miles. I don’t know if it happens all the time but when we were there we’re got to enjoy a nightly firework show from sea world right from the pool. We never had more than about a 20 minute drive to anything we were trying to do. The owners really go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable during your stay. I’d stay here 11 out of 10 times I visit San DIego. My only regret was not having more time to spend here.

This is a great property to stay! The back yard pool area make this a perfect place to relax and the end of a long day in CA. It is 10-15 minutes from any where in San Diego. Great place its a must stay for sure.

Great vacation

Took the children for an eight day stay in San Diego. House is great with a lot of fun things for the kids including table tennis and of course the pool and hot tub. Relaxing setting and location to SD, airport, beach, Lego land and the zoo is great. Hosts are very supportive and gave us all the informatuon needed. Great stay!!!

Great time, house and location!

Our family had a great time at the house! The location was perfect for all of our plans including, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla, and Seasame Place waterpark. The house was all we expected and more, what a fantastic backyard which was a perfect spot to end the afternoon and evenings after doing our activities. For families, there are also some nice public parks just a short drive at Mission Bay. Additionally, Clint, Carolina and the property manager were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great stay!

Luxurious, Full of Amenities, Great Location, Amazing Views!

This home is in a great location close to beaches, downtown, grocery stores, shopping, Sea World, etc. and the Worlands were wonderful hosts. The backyards is amazing from the furniture, stereo system, fire pit, view to the one of a kind pool/spa. I would definitely recommend a stay in this wonderful home if you have the opportunity. Everything you would want in a rental.

We had such a great time here with the kids. It had everything you would need to cook, plenty of space for kids to run around and tons of toys and activities to keep the kids occupied. The hosts were very attentive and eager to help in any way. The house is in a great location with supermarket, Starbucks and great dine in options all 2 blocks away. We would highly recommend this place!

Large pool & spa with great view

If you are looking for a house with a large and beautiful pool and a spa, and lots of other amenities, such as outdoor sitting area with tv, music and fireplace, bbq grill, fire pit for s’mores, golf putting, ping pong, Peloton bike, etc, then this is the one! The house is clean and well organized. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and sleek. The backyard has 180 degree view of Mission Bay and we saw fireworks nightly. The fireworks could be from Sea World. We kept our outing light so the kids can swim every afternoon. The neighborhood is quite. The host is responsive in communicating.

Paradise for a week!

This rental did not disappoint! From the decor, to the view and the outdoor space everything exceeded expectations! So beautiful with a convenient location and amazing features! The owners are more than accommodating and helpful. The only downfall is, you won’t want to leave! I would highly recommend renting this gorgeous home.

Stellar Vacation!

Our entire family so enjoyed our experience at this beautiful home. The pool and spa were used every day! One of my favorite times was in the morning sitting around the fire pit enjoying the view and my family. There were games and beach items available. The owner/manager was very attentive to every need. Each time we had a question, there was an immediate response. Also the home was within walking distance to stores and restaurants. It also was within a very short driving time to the zoo, Seaworld, and the airport. We highly recommend this property!

Incredible experience, beautiful home.

Property was so beautiful nobody was interested in even going to the beach. Clean, friendly services and gorgeous backyard. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and it smelled so good! Great location, awesome ocean breeze.

Amazing property that exceeded our expectations!

Talk about a WOW moment! Walking into this brand new property was breathtaking. We truly enjoyed every aspect of it, especially the outdoor area. We were pleasantly surprised by an impromptu fireworks show put on by Seaworld each night in the distance. The home was very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have the little things you need like coffee and laundry detergent available for use. The owners were WONDERFUL and surprised us with special goodies for our 25th wedding anniversary. It inspired us so much that we want to rebuild now lol. It was the perfect stay and we highly recommend paying extra to stay here if you want an unforgettable experience.

Absolute Paradise

Loved everything about this place. Such a great way to spend a relaxing weekend hanging out by the pool with some drinks. Super chill neighborhood (but with great food and drinks within walking distance, as well!) Clint was super easy to communicate and very responsive. Would 100% stay here again. A perfect place to just relax and enjoy the serenity of the area, the pool, and the view.

Amazing property in perfect location!

Our stay exceeded our expectations!! Most important to me is cleanliness and this space is spotless. It is also well-maintained and everything worked as it should. The pool and spa were a huge hit for the whole family. The home is located 15-20 minutes from every single attraction/location that we wanted to explore. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in walking distance to shopping and good restaurants. Overall perfect place to make your home away from home!

Beautiful property, centrally located

We stayed here in San Diego 2021 for Spring Break, 2 adults and 4 kids (3 teens). This house was a great home base for us, it is a very good location to explore from, close to most major routes. Pool and spa/deck are true luxury level appointments, and the house is just as nice as it looks in the photos. Good place for families with grocery store very near by. The property is beautiful and well kept, the owners were easy to work with. Very clean and worth the money, a great place to stay in San Diego.
